10 minuti da stazione Trastevere

Clean, decent price, good area, but a little cold and uncomfortable for sleep

Pros: A very clean apartment, in a very good area. Indeed, at 10 mins of Trastevere station and 30 mins away of the Trastevere restaurants. Big apartment, well equiped. The price was very honest. We paid ~230€ for 3 nights, 2 persons. Decent.

Cons: The hygiene products were a little meah. The towels looks old and very used, the sheets are very thin and cheap and no blankets to cover yourself at night. There were only 2 thin blankets, but we used them to make the sofa a little more confortable because the springs in the sofa were so pronounced and painful. The sofa is not appropiate for sleeping, not at all, it has a big hole And i find it very odd that the owner didn't announce me, because i told him with days before my arrival that i will need 2 beds. Instead, we only had 1 bed good for sleep. There was no heating in that apartment, this is something else about i would have liked to be announced. We used the ACs, but they didn't work constantly. I told the owner that i need to rest well for an event and he didn't even bother to tell me all these details. Also, there were announcements about penalties everywhere. Every little steps could bring you a 30€ fine in that location :)) this is not welcoming at all for the guest. Even his last message was about an another fine that i could receive if i forgot to let the keys in the box. I understand that no one wants to spend money for others mistakes, but this is not a good attitude in hospitality. Maybe he could make the place a little more welcoming, warmer and more confortable before menacing with dozens of fine:))

A great place to stay in Rome

Pros: The apartment was well equipped and very spacious. Although the location is not central, it was pretty well connected via buses and trains and we could reach everything quite easily.

If you want to rest at night think twice before booking otherwise recommended.

Pros: Easy to reach from the aiirport (Fiumicino). Quite close to the city center. Spacious, well equipped apartment

Cons: Right next to a busy crossroad, noisy neighbors with constant nighttime activity.

Pros: posizione ottima, appartamento grande e luminoso arredato con molto gusto e riscaldato molto bene con tutti i comfort i titolari reperibili e disponibili , credo un agenzia, e non è facile la reperibilità quando si tratta di agenzie. Ci tornerò molto volentieri

Cons: mancavano gli strumenti per mantenerla pulita tipo un secchio con il mocho il detersivo per pulire per terra e detersivo per pulire i bagni con relative spugne c era solamente uno straccio vecchio e sporco senza secchio e una scopa con una paletta il cui manico era rotto questa l unica pecca alla quale facilmente possono rimediare

Clean, well equipped and very convenient check-in / out

Pros: Seamless check in and check out system. Didn’t even meet the host. Very easy. Clean, spacious and well equipped apartment. Convenient washing machine and large drying rack. Overall would definitely recommend.

Cons: Hard mattress and flat pillows, not very comfortable.

Pros: Appartamento carino, molto pulito e a pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Trastevere.

Pros: Ha tutto, sembra di stare a casa propria. La cucina é ben fornita, ha ogni comfort possibile, é pulita, é ben organizzata, in una posizione perfetta, vicino alla stazione di Trastevere ma in un quartiere residenziale tranquillo, vicino a tanti supermercati e negozi.

Pros: La tranquillità e l'organizzazione della casa tutto a portata di mano.
