Pros: Very clean. Our luggage took a long time to arrive and the desk attendant waited for us past midnight.

Pros: Excellent hotel location, walking distance to Vatican and surrounded by great shops & restaurant. Hotel was lovely and clean, rooms were great spacious and just like in pics.

Cons: Only let down was the old style lift which a pulley style and unreliable at times.

Excellent hotel to visit the Vatican

Pros: We had a family room and the children got 2 separarte beds, which was great. Vinny the receptionist was great, very accommodating and polite. Cleaning lady too. The hotel is clean and safe. We would be back.

Cons: My only issue were the pillows- memory foam isn’t great for everybody, could have done with soft and fluffy pillows to mix.

Pros: Very comfortable and clean, the neighbourhood is great and very close to attractions. Unfortunately the water pressure is poor so get ready for a lengthy shower! No iron at the hotel ! so if you are going somewhere needing shirts or trousers to be ironed then you need a plan B!

Pros: Location: it’s near Vatican City and walking distance to shops, restaurants and bus stops.

Cons: It was not soundproof as advertised. I can hear the guest on the next room and people walking along the hallway.

Wonderful place near the vatican

Pros: Excellent facilities, and the room was very nice and cozy. AC worked well, and beds were comfortable. Location was key, as it is very close to the vatican city, where we had a tour.

Cons: Everything was great. Cant think of anything to complain!

Really happy overall. Can’t fault it just giving honest review

Pros: The room is as spotless. Easy access to anywhere in central Rome from nearby tram. U can walk also it’s not too far from all the sites.

Cons: Interconnecting door in my room can hear everything in next room clearly. Only one socket to charge phone and no socket near bed. Only one key.
