Fantastic will return

Pros: It was clean, modern and comfortable! Beautiful view, quiet when sleeping! WiFi was great and we were able to cook also! We would definitely use again and are planning our next trip!! Location was amazing generally 10-15 minute walk everywhere! Loads of bars and restaurants beside it! Owners communication was fantastic no issues or concerns!

Cons: It’s on the fourth floor, someone with mobility/respiratory issues this is not the place for you sadly! There is no lift!

Pros: The location was great for what we wanted. It was a bit of a walk to the Colloseum, approx 35 mins but it was an easy walk and a great way to see the city. Close to restaurants, shops and convenience stores.

Cons: The building was undergoing rennovations when we were there so there was a lot of dust and building materials. The apartment is situated on the second floor so if you have heavy suitcases, you will have to carry them up the stairs as there was no other way to access the apartment.

The location is exceptional but property needs some improvement

Pros: Location! It is perfect. The space is enough for a couple. The kitchen was super small, however it is enough for the simple food or small breakfast. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Thanks

Cons: There are some recommendations for the property staff: we stayed for the week and only after we asked about the towels change and trash we were informed that they do not provide such services. Okay, it is fine if you stay for a few days but a week.. yes, they came ones to take our trash after we asked where we can leave them. However, staff should think about guests who stay for more than 3 days. Shower area needs more improvement, air ventilation sometimes work sometimes not.

Pros: The location is excellent, so central, we walked everywhere! The restaurants locally are wonderful and reasonable too. The apartment was a perfect base, it was conformable, clean and had everything we needed for our 2 night stay

Cons: Our only very tiny issue was the shower not draining properly, but absolutely no other criticism

Pros: Excellent hosts, super responsive to all communication and needs, excellent location, clean, strong wifi quality, easy self-check in, all shampoo/soap/towels provided, basic ingredients there if you want to cook yourself a meal in the kitchen, ironing board and shirt hangers very useful for a work trip

Cons: Very subjective but the mattress was a bit uncomfortable. More coffee capsules would have been preferable for my day working from the apartment :)
