Maison Parlamento - Roma centro

Normally stayed in hotels. This time apartment, it was brilliant, clean, spacious, all mod cons.

Pros: Location is excellent, at the centre of things. Every landmark within easy reach walking. No need for taxi's

Perfect location

Pros: The location is perfect. Also the bed, bedlinen and towels. Communication with Martina went very well and it was easy to get inside the apartment. Since it was already cool outside it was lovely to have a warm apartment.

Cons: There has been a water damage in kitchen (I don't know when) and the floor has been under water in a large area. The floorboards have gone up and the paint has peeled off. This situation might be a problem if you are sensitive or have some allergies. After a thorough drying and renovation this apartmen is nice!

Pros: Lovely and huge apartment, right in old town centre. Most attractions are within walking distance

Everything was perfect

Pros: We liked everything very much. We were the first guests at Maison parlamento. The apartment is new, after renovation, all appliances and dishes are new. The apartment has everything you need: air conditioners, TV, coffee machine, washing machine, dishwasher, hair dryer, kettle, etc. Hot water and Internet are available all the time ✌️ Martina the host of Maison Parlamento is very nice, she was in touch with us and worried about us - we checked in at night. We received the code and video how to get the key in advance. Martina answered all questions immediately. The apartment is in the center and all the sights are nearby 5-10 minutes walk (on foot), the Colosseum 12 minutes; Vatican 25. I recommend Maison Parlamento, you will like it.

Pros: Everything was excellent. Perfect location, right at the centre of old city. Most attractions are within walking distance. The apartment is in perfect conditions, inasmuch it’s huge, very clean and lovely, very well equipped and with the nice view from the windows. Hot water and Internet connection are available all the time. The dishes, bed, bedlinen and towels are brand new. Communication with Martina went smoothly and it was easy to get inside the apartment.

Central location, very safe and quite area

Pros: It is an apartment in a city centar thus there was no breakfast included. Location is very good. It is not noisy considering it is centraly located. Very smooth check in process.

Cons: There is no grocery store in a close vicinity. If you are going with a car there is no parking availble. The best option is to go without car. You can visit all main attaction by foot.

Perfect location and large space, great host and it’s a lovely place to stay in Rome

Pros: Location is the key, the view is great! Open the window to see the lovely streets of Rome is such a beautiful addition to this stay.
