Great Comfortable Stay

Pros: It’s a good priced hotel and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. We asked for a kettle for the room and it was no problem to go and find one for us.

Cons: It would be a bit silly to complain about anything given the price point. Yes there are a couple of things that could possibly be better but life’s too short just enjoy your stay!

Great place to stay in Roma , nice and near personal friendly and near to quriti place a nice place

Pros: great localization near to vatican city and all the places as well to lepanto subway station

Cons: The hair drier turn off so often is the only matter

Pros: Lovely hotel and had staff that were available to check us in at midnight and also upgraded our rooms. Beds were really comfortable and was a great room.

great location, close to restaurants and attractions

Pros: It is located right next to the Vatican. The staff is very friendly. They try to fulfill all our requests. Instead of the room, they offered us an apartment for the same price, with a kitchen, a bathroom, a large hall, which was terribly comfortable. I can only recommend it to everyone!

Cons: We spent a few days here.

Pros: All reception managers I met were super helpful and nice. Great thing, that this hotel has night reception manager, so you can have night check in. Great location. Veeery good light isolation - you can sleep in the total darkness. Clean.

Cons: There were two things I didn't liked: 1. You don't always have hot water. When I came late at night (because of the flight delay) all I wanted was hot shower. There was no hot water. Next morning it was ok. But the next morning water was just a little bit warm. So you never know when you'll have it hot. 2. Noise isolation was rather bad. I heard someone's wake up alarms, staff talks and so on and woke up every time...not what you want from your sleep on holiday.

Great hotel on safe district

Pros: Very nice room, clean, close to the center and metro and bus stops, and most importantly - the district is quiet and safe. There are good inexpensive restaurants around, but it doesn't cause any noise.

Pros: The hotel staff is amazing, very welcoming and always helpful. Location is great, everything is in walk distance.

Cons: Nothing bad, I would just prefer different bed mattress but that could be my opinion

Pros: It was good location , the staff was friendly and helpful . I had a nice view from window , room is clean . Receptionist is always available 24/7 . Clean room service.

Cons: Old furniture, but for those who coming just for traveling and spend most of the time outside is okay enough .

nice place to stay while working

Pros: Buona docicia con forza esce il acqua però la maniglia era rota. the location oh the hotel was great as I work near by. I was lucky to have an upgrade, so I loved the new white rooms.

Cons: THe room smell a little to humidity and the air conidtioning was not working, and the selling had a problem that had to be fixed
