Amazing location, clean rooms and friendly staff.

Pros: Good location in quarter Prati, walking distance from a metro station, surrounded by bars and restaurants. The hotel was clean and bright, the staff is super friendly.

IN ALL HAD A NICE STAY...LOCATION EXCELLENT FOR OUR NEEDS...ALSO HAD AN ELEVETOR

Pros: THE ROOM WAS A GOOD SIZE ...FRONT DESK FRANCIS WAS EXCELLENT( WHEN ASKED HAD ALL THE ANSWERS). LOCATION EXCELLENT NEAR METRO BUSES RESTAURANTS IN A VERY NICE AND SAFE AREA (VATICAN CITY). BED COMFORTABLE

Cons: SHOWER PRESSURE NOT GREAT....PRICE ON THE HIGH SIDE FOR THE FACILITY( BUT IT WAS HIGH TIME AND HOTELS WERE ASKING RIDICULOUS PRICES)

Lovely place to stay with very friendly staff, would come again!

Pros: very friendly staff, 24hrs reception and nice modern rooms. The bed was comfy and the TV and WiFi were very good and had no problems connecting our firestick. 6min walk to the metro and could get around very easily. Loved the LED light fixture above the bed for mood lighting!

Cons: Don’t think the AC worked properly (although it is still winter so may not be in use yet?) and there was a window high above to the side of the room, which had no curtains or way of covering it. this meant in the morning the room was light and also lacked privacy when walking past it (window wasn’t in view of bed thankfully).

Very friendly and helpful staff.

Pros: The service provided to us by the Concierge, Francesco, was excellent. He was very friendly and very helpful. We had problems while we were in Rome and he kindly upgraded our room as a gesture which we were very grateful for. The hotel is in a nice area close to the Metro.

Cons: Nothing really. The room was a bit bijou but that was probably due to the huge jacuzzi bath in it.

Cons: Il bagno non ha il kit di cortesia ma due dispenser di sapone uno in doccia e uno al lavandino

Pros: Lokalizacja fantastyczna. Okolica bezpieczna i majaca duzo restauracji i kawiarni. Na plus obok sklep pewex. Bardzo blisko do Watykanu. Nawet wychodząc wieczorami nie czuliśmy sie niepewnie

Cons: Kotara przy prysznicu miala zacieki, ktore raczej nie zachęcały. Poziom umycia prysznica nie byl wysoki. Ogolnie nie przeszkadzalo to na tyle zeby nie polecić tego hotelu znowu.

Pros: Mi è piaciuto tutto. Stanze eleganti, pulite, ben arredate, confortevoli ed ampie. Staff molto gentile e disponibile. Posizione dell'albergo ottima.

Cons: Peccato che in alcune stanze (non nella mia, ove era tutto perfetto, ma in quella dei familiari, che viaggiavano con me) non prendesse bene la wifi e non funzionassero bene la televisione e l'aria condizionata.
