Pros: Staff are very helpful. They even gave us gifts of water bottles 😊. Room is very comfy and the location is very close to the metro an bus stations. The area is quiet. There is an elevator.

Cons: They don't usually provide daily water bottles and you have to buy them. Nevertheless, receptionists sent us some botles as a gift. I appreciate that.

Friendly staff, decent room, good location!

Pros: Decent room, friendly staff. Hotel located in a good, peaceful block, away from the crowded spots, still very close to the Lepanto Metro station from where you can reach Vatican, Trevi fountain, etc. in 5-10 min. Staff is also friendly and polite.

Pros: The staff was friendly and available 24 hours. The view from my room was excellent. It was right beside a metro, close to the vatican, lots of restaurants, shopping and a walk away from parks. They kept my luggage. It was all very convenient.

Cons: They should have real coffee in the room. My coffee pot did not work.
