Pros: Location was excellent very quiet, felt very safe walking back late from the lovely nearby restaurants Clean and tidy inside - the rooms did what they needed - nice and quiet for a good nights sleep after long days exploring Rome

Pros: - prime location - safe and clean neighborhood, lots of shops and restaurants nearby, metro station, close walking distance to all main attractions - nice room design, comfy bed, beautiful view, well equipped with all facilities including coffee machine, water refilled daily, vanity essentials etc. Cleanliness spot on - hotel went extra mile to ensure warm welcome and make our special occasion celebration memorable - profesional and attentive staff

Wonderful Stay !
Pros: We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed our experience. What we liked most is Michelle Borrieello, Guest Relations Manager. From the moment my family and I met him, he warmly welcomed us, made us feel at home, and assisted us with every issue. If Michelle is at the hotel, we will definitely arrange another trip again.
Cons: We were charged for chips from the mini-bar, but we did not take any!

Overall great place and friendly personnel that we appreciated a lot. I would absolutely go back.
Pros: Excellent location in a great area of Rome, good breakfast choice.
Cons: We were taking breakfast at 9:30-10 on week days and the facility was very crowded, to the point there was no clean plates at the buffet and free tables were not cleaned immediately so we had to help ourselves.

Very pleasant stay
Pros: The hotel was fairly close to the Vatican City. The staff was nice and very helpful. Breakfast was good with a wide selection of food. The hotel is in a quiet area so it was relatively quiet in the night although I could hear some noise from the street (but I am very sensitive to it). One of the reasons I chose this hotel was the fact that other travellers complained that it had been hot in the room. We like to have our room warm and so was it. I even lowered the temperature a bit for the night. Bathroom was equipped in all amenities you might need.
Cons: Bathroom was a bit tight as for the 27 sq m room. There was no complimentary water in the room.

Excellent staff
Pros: Friendly staff. Food was lovely. Outside garden bar was wonderful ( again, wonderful staff). Loved the bedtime chocolate - a lovely touch (a shame this only happened on night 1 & 2 and not on nights 3 & 4). However, a fabulous hotel that also smells divine - I don’t know why they don’t sell those Reed diffusers - they’re amazing!

Lovely location. Friendly receptionist. Made our stay in Rome perfect.
Pros: Friendly receptionist, lovely area. Room and bathroom great size for party of 3. Breakfast was decent too.
Cons: Room was great but just needed a little paint and bathroom looked worn in places mainly the shower, but perfectly usable. It would be good to get a tv that has Netflix or internet use.

Liked the location . We enjoyed our visit to this beautiful city Rome
Pros: For the price of the Room, it was basic appeared to be clean ,liked there was no carpet, there were always clean towels for us daily. Thank you. The staff in the morning dining area were very attentive the breakfast was excellent. The location of the hotel was good for our stay and we were able to walk in the area and feel safe.
Cons: The bathroom needs to be refreshed. The shower tiles and grout need to be changed. It looked dirty. Shower head also could be changed. The water pressure was not always full. I am not sure what can be done for that but there was hot water! Makeup mirror was not working should be removed perhaps.
