Pros: - Actual, controllable AC in the room! Godsent, and no idea how this isn't more common. - Amazing location, smack down in the center. - Great value for money. - Very nice staff (though control of english isn't great). - Free snacks, mineral water.
Cons: - Shower water pressure was way too low. - Ran out of hot water a few times.

Pros: My stay at this hotel was exceptional. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location is excellent, with a beautiful view and very close to Termini, making access to transportation and major attractions extremely easy. The beds were incredibly comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff was amazing, friendly, and always willing to help. A special mention goes to Rain, who was especially kind, gentle, and very helpful throughout our stay.
Cons: The only minor issue was the shower faucet, as the water temperature was not stable between hot and cold. Aside from this small detail, everything was perfect, and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Four days well spent 🙂
Pros: The Hotel was about 200 metres from the train station. Good central location. The Host was extremely pleasant, very accommodating. Fridge and safe in room, selection of bottled water, biscuits and a complimentary 2and1/2 inch souvenir fridge magnet.
Cons: there was nothing that we didn't like

Pros: Spacious and very clean room. Staff was kind and helpful. Ten minute walk from Roma Termini. We also liked the treats in the room (biscuits, juice, etc.)

Great location for quick stay. Recommend.
Pros: Great location. Walkable to all sights if you are that way inclined. Also close to Termini and buses. Great restaurants in the neighbourhood. Host was wonderful, a lovely person.

Pros: Very close to Termini Station, about 5mins walk, all flat grounds. Host was responsive and friendly Rooms are clean and newly renovated Fruit juice, water and snacks were provided throughout the stay which was a lovely touch

Wonderful stay
Pros: We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel, and I have to give special recognition to Rain, who made our trip perfect. I am 100% sure he puts all his effort into managing this hotel, and it shows. From the moment we arrived until the second we left, he was incredibly welcoming, greeting every guest who came in or went out. He was so nice and patiently answered all of our questions, no matter how small. After we checked out, he securely watched our luggage for us, which gave us great peace of mind to enjoy our last day. We also noticed he personally made sure the rooms were kept perfectly clean, and he was diligent about refilling the water and biscuits in our room every day. To the owners: Rain is a superstar, and he absolutely deserves a raise and recognition for his outstanding hard work!
Cons: Nothing. Everything is perfect.
