Pros: Really nice hotel , very clean and the location was perfect you can everywhere by foot. The staff was really helpful and friendly. Our room was cleaned every day and they also offered us coffee and some sweets every day.

Excellent communication

Pros: Unfortunately we didn’t actually get to stay here as there was an issue with the pipes. Hotel Elite arranged for us to stay at one of their sister hotels. Everything ran smoothly and there was no interruption to our stay in Rome

Excellent location and helpful and friendly staff Highly recommend this hotel

Pros: Excellent location only ten minute walk to Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. The Pantheon only 15 minutes away . The Staff were excellent and very friendly and helpful. We booked a vist to the Vatican and booked through the hotel really easy even printed off the confirmation and ticket for us

Cons: Cannot find anything to complain about to be honest.
