I`d stay there again ... great area

Pros: right on bus and tram route and close to train station

Cons: the double bed was 2 single beds pushed together

Magical

Pros: Very comfortable room with plenty of room for 2 and a cute elevator

Cons: Was a bit of a walk to the main attractions

Pros: 2 issues.....1....we were given tickets for breakfast, but the Cafe wasn't open on the Tues, so no breakfast. You need to inform visitors who arrive on a Monday. 2....the kitchen area was really beautiful but it needs to be stocked with more Cutlery. We only found 1 spoon.

Cons: That there wasn't enough Cutlery available...1 spoon is definitely not enough . Cleaning staff did not leave toilet paper, and we were told on our arrival to use the lift, but when we got in it stopped half way between floors and we were stuck for at least 15mins in hot, claustrophobic conditions which caused me some health conditions

The guest house is within about a 55-min walk of the Vatican, which is helpful.

Pros: By far the greatest strength of the Roma Trastevere Relais Guest House is the wonderfully reliable Alessandra Z, who runs the place together with Stefano. When I got into a sticky situation with my luggage, despite it being a national holiday in Italy that day, Alessandra was on WhatsApp messaging for over 4 hours as she did everything she possibly could to help me out. In the end, her unceasing efforts paid off, and I was able to catch my train. Thank you Very Much, Alessandra and Stefano, and I hope your next national holiday is calmer!

Cons: Being a guest house, it would help if the place also had a numerical keypad, so that -- IN CASE OF AN EMERGENCY -- guests can be sent a new, one-time passcode. Without this facility, as there isn't a 24-hr help desk in the guest house, leaving something behind can prove to be a nightmare, as there is no way of getting back in once you've checked out, and you have no choice other than to wait for one or the other guests to return (However long that takes) and let you in to pick up forgotten items.

Pros: Alessandra and Victoria who received us were super nice and friendly:) the accommodation was comfortable and clean and in a good location to walk to the city and to get to the airport and other cities. Super convenient!

It was a welcoming and enjoyable experience.

Pros: Alessandra was extremely welcoming and even set up birthday decorations for my friends birthday with complimentary drinks and breakfast which I thought was a lovely gesture. The property was well kept and had many amenities provided, the check in and check out was simple which made it easier for us. The security of the place was good as you would not be able to access the building or apartment with a key and was gated so civilians could not enter. Would definitely stay again!!

Pros: Lovely host, great staff, amazing place. Very convenient and all amenities provided. Train station 4 mins away. Bus and tram station 2 mins away. So comfortable so good. Nightlife and great restaurants 15 mins away. Centre 15 mins away. Airport 30 mins.

Pros: Good location, central to everything. Comfortable accommodation. Host was amazing.

Lovely room in great location

Pros: Location of the apartment is great. Very close to Trastereve train station (5 mins walk) and close to Trastevere restaurants on the other side of the street (also to tram and bus line). The room was quiet, the coffee machine was good to have. The host (Alessendra) was kind and helpful. We would come back! :)

Cons: The pillowcase and the bed linen had couple strains of hair when we opened the bed cover. The bed cover itself didn't look the freshest as well. I wish the cleaning would be done more throughly.

Great stay near trastevere

Pros: Great place, super clean, very near to transportation. The host is a very nice lady and very welcoming. Although I stayed one night but for sure would love to come again.
