Alex's Guest House

Pros: We were suddenly forced to change accommodations in Rome overnight. I found this suggest, and the owner contacted us immediately, met us, and settled us in! We were also lucky because the entire apartment was ours. Great location. Convenient tram ride to the center, and there's a Sunday market right outside the building. Thank you so much for a comfortable stay in Rome!

Perfect for a stay in Rome

Pros: Comfortable bed and good sized room. Excellent location with easy access to the major attractions in Rome. Great value for money. Alex is a great host. Very jolly and friendly and happy to help.

Pros: Everything was perfect for the price! The location is amazing—close to the center and near the station, so getting from the airport and around the city was super easy. All the main attractions are nearby too. Special thanks to Alex for being so helpful and explaining everything we needed to know!

Can’t recommend enough!

Pros: Alex is the loveliest guy you will ever meet. He was so welcoming and gave us lots of advice about our stay in Rome. No one was booked for the day we left so he let us check out late which was so useful .

Cons: We didn’t have hot water on the first night, but after messaging Alex in the morning he showed us how to reset the boiler and it was fine from then on.

Big nice room very close to public transport. Host very nice and communicative

Pros: Host was very nice and quick to reply. The room was big and neat. We parked on one of the side streets for free for the three nights we were there but we might have been lucky to have gotten a good spot. There was paid parking available across the street as well. Public transport very close by. Overall we had a great stay.

Cons: Nothing I didn’t like, I would stay there again.

Pros: Everything was clean and in good condition. The host Alex is a very kind man. Wants to Explain everything to you. And tells you with all his passion and love about the city. He gives you a map, point out the hotspots and tells you what tram or bus you can use the best.

Pros: The best value you will get for your money, Alex is a great host, very nice, helps with everything, the room is very cute and is right on the market’s street (which is open on Sundays) Highly recommend. pay attention to the messages from Booking, Alex sends the code to the apartment there before and you can check in yourself.

Pros: Friendly staff Public transportation nearby Very Clean For the purpose of our trip location of Apartment was perfect, however if you plan to head to city center several days, it is a bit of a longshot

Cons: The apartment has seen better days and some areas especially the shower should be renewed for todays standards
