Pros: the room was very clean the kitchen is well equipped everything was new the staff clean the room everyday and change the towels every 3 days in the night it is quite so you can sleep well

Great location, luckily although fully occupied the other guests were not disruptive.

Pros: The staff were welcoming and responsive to questions. The room was spacious and having a bathroom across the apartment was fine. The other guests were quiet so noise was not an issue. Cafe next door with outside seating was a bit noisy on Saturday night but did not disrupt sleep and was quieter on the rest of the days.Neighbourhood has a lot of graffiti but felt completely safe arriving back late evening as a group of three females. Great for a stay in Rome.

Cons: Allowing checkout to be later rather than 10am but we were allowed to keep our bags and collected them later. Left them under the desk and they were safe.

Pros: We passed 4 days in Rome: me, my mom and my 4-year old daughter. The apartment was very clean and cosy. It stuffed with all necessary things like towels, hairdryer, dishes and glasses. The apartment is located in quiate neighborhood, but it's super easy to reach all important sightings: there is in 1 min walk bus stop to reach piazza Venezie and in 5 min walk station to reach Saint Peter's station close to Vatican. And Tevere river is also close to the apartment - one day we took relaxing walk along side the river. We really enjoyed our stay there!

Pros: We’ve stayed at this place for two nights and it was great:) The owner and staff were very helpful and kind, the place was clean and the location really worked for us. Also, AC was a lifesaver! We definitely recommend.
