Pros: Very close to train station, the owner is very kind and friendly always there where you need him. The room is clean spacious and has a small balcony with a nice table. The busses are close to the building and you can be in the centre in 10 minutes.

Pros: The room was clean, very close to the bus stop (just in front of the building). The supermarket was close (DEM), and the Coffee shops were very good (Giuffrè Forno & Gelato Trastevere).

Pros: **Excellent Stay – Convenient, Comfortable, and Great Value** I had a very pleasant stay here. The room was clean and comfortable, with a cosy bed, a proper desk and chair for working, and a very good toilet and shower. Tea and coffee-making facilities were a nice touch, and the balcony was definitely a plus point. Check-in was very easy – Arun sent a WhatsApp message on the day of arrival with clear directions and helpful information. The location is extremely convenient. It’s just a short walk to the train, which takes you to the airport in about 30 minutes. Bus numbers 3 and 8 stop literally outside the hotel and get you to the main city centre in around 20 minutes. There are plenty of places to eat and drink nearby, as well as several shops. Overall, a great place to stay with excellent amenities and easy access to transport. Highly recommended.

Pros: We stayed at 247 Luxury Rooms Trastevere for 3 nights and had a great experience. The location is fantastic, right across from a tram stop, which made getting around Rome super easy. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and modern, with great air conditioning which was a huge plus during the hot summer days! It was the perfect base for exploring the city, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Rome.

Nice stay in Rome

Pros: Good location, the bus stop just outside the building. Our host was really nice and helpful, helped us to find some good breakfast and dinner place as well.
