Our best stay in Italy

Pros: We love the spaciousness of the apartment. The bed in the bedroom is very comfortable. The bathroom has shown its age but it is kept sparkling clean. You just have to provide your own shampoo, conditioner and dental kits. The kitchen is equipped with microwave oven and coffee machine (with coffee capsules provided). The Colosseum is so near that we can see it from our window on one side.There are many eating places and a Carrefour Express supermarket nearby where you can buy some breakfast. The kids love the piano and space. At night we watched Netflix (using our own account of course) before bedtime. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay for all of us. Will recommend for families.

Pros: The apartment exceeded our expectations. Everything is much more beautiful than in the photo. Federico (the owner) was very polite and responsive. The location is excellent – across the street from the Colosseum, with lots of cafes and restaurants nearby, and a 5-minute walk to the metro. I especially want to mention the sunrise view from the window of the park and the Colosseum. I'll definitely stay in this apartment next time I'm in Rome ❤️

Excellent location, excellent view, friendly & helpful host. Would definitely recommend!

Pros: The location was superb: you could see the Colosseum from the view. Federico, the host, kept us posted all the time via WhatsApp which was a great idea. The apartment was large, very clean and easily hosted our family of four (parents + teenage sons) with its double bed and two sofa beds.

Cons: The only thing I can think of is the plumbing: the shower was a bit slow. But it worked which is the main thing.

Pros: Very spacious and comfy apartment. Host is attentive, friendly and welcoming. Whole family enjoyed our stay. Bathtub instead of shower is an addition bonus. Thanks!

Cons: Noisy surrounding, but windows had a pretty good noise isolation.

This apartment was absolutely fantastic! Very beautiful, spacious, clean and location was great!

Pros: The apartment was super clean, very well equipped, very luminous and an amazing location! The host was super friendly and very helpful! We were in Rome on occasion of the marathon and it couldn’t have been a better location, just around the corner from the starting line. Our dog was with us and was well accepted with no extra charges. Very pet friendly environment! We had an amazing stay and will definitely be back in the future!
