Pros: Great location, just a few minutes away from the San Giovanni Metro station. Safe and quiet neighbourhood with shops, cafés and restaurants nearby. The house was clean and warm with a comfy bed. Sara was very helpful with clear instructions. I would highly recommend it.
Cons: The apartment is on the ground floor next to the main entrance of the building and during the day you could hear the door whenever it opened. However, at night it was quiet and we slept well. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay!

Pros: The apartment was excellent. Very clean and comfy and the location is just perfect (close to subway and local restaurants). The owner was very good, good communication and ready to help if anything is needed. All amenities needed are available. We recommend the apartment when you are in Rome.

Absolutely perfect!
Pros: Very clean, very kind host, very nice apartment, looks very good and of very high quality, everything in the apartment looks like you have just bought it now for your house (everything looks new and clean), very good lighting, excellent location, felt very good and safe. Many restaurants and groceries all over the area, very short drive to all main attractions, the apartment comes with everything you need and the host helps with every problem that could happen. It was absolutely amazing. Probably the best apartment we have ever been to.
Cons: Everything was perfect We can say that a toaster and microwave could have made it even more perfect, but it almost did not matter at all and most apartments do not have these anyway.

Pros: Located in a beautiful and quiet area of Rome right next to the important church San Giovanni in Laterano, impeccably clean and cozy apartment, beautiful Roman building, we stayed with our newborn daughter and felt immediately at home

Excellent accommodation
Pros: Very kind owner. She came there at late night for my schedule to check in and gave me every information for staying there. She even presented me with a bottle of wine and tomato sauce!! Great location for going anywhere as well as dining and daily shopping. Near the subway station, supermarket, and some good restaurants. 10 minutes from famous cathedrals. Safe at night. Very comfortable bed, laundry machine, super-clean house, and kitchen was even more clean than my house. Very delicate equipment like extra towels, soap for laundry machine, etc. Also including an extra sofa bed, which I did not have a chance to use. Exellent, satisfactory accommodation. Definitely, I'd like to stay again for the next visit.

Wonderful accommodations away from the hustle and bustle of City Center but easy walking distance.
Pros: The apartment was perfect for our week visiting family. Sara met us in front of the building and showed us into the apartment. She provided some items for our first meal and coffee! The cafe across the street also provided complimentary coffee and cornetto. The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was spotless and lovely. WiFI was fast and we were able to cast our streaming services to the tv. There was plenty of room to put away our clothes and we dis make use of the washer and dryer and dishwasher. We would definitely stay here again. The apartment is a few blocks walk to the metro, there are grocery stores very close by and good restaurants. A short walk to city center.
