San Giovanni Art Apartment

Pros: Fast access to all cultural attractions from apartment. You can even use subway (which is really not difficult to use) or decide to go on foot (if you use a weekend in a Rome, everything is accessable on foot). Apartment alone was clean and tidy with enough towels if you have not enough space in your luggage. You have everything you need to live and cook in apartment or better try local food throughout the city. You definitely will not be hungry there. Host was really nice to communicate, kind and helpful. Everything was on spot when you needed. .

Pros: Amazing apartment in a great location. It is modern, beautiful a d tastefully decorated and is close to metro and bus stations, restaurants and all you need. Apartment is bigger and better looking in real life than in pictures, highly recommend

Soggiorno perfetto in una casa curata e comoda, con host disponibilissimo. Tornerò sicuramente!

Pros: La casa è curata nei minimi dettagli, molto pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari. La posizione è ottimale per raggiungere il centro città e ben collegata con la metro. Inoltre Barbara è stata davvero gentile e molto disponibile.

Cons: Non ho riscontrato particolari aspetti negativi durante il soggiorno.

Pros: Большая чистая красивая квартира с хорошим ремонтом,удобные кровати,кондиционеры в обоих спальнях и гостиной,предметы искусства на стенах. В доме есть лифт. Постельное белье и полотенца высокого качества. Супермаркет Pam через 2 дома,станция метро в 5 минутах пешком,очень удобно добираться от вокзала.

Cons: Кондиционер в гостиной подтекал и в этом месте был сырой потолок

Eccellente appartamento da consigliare

Pros: Posizione eccellente. Camere ampie, luminose, arieggiate, ben arredate. Fornitura di ogni dotazione di biancheria. Fornitura di utensili da cucina di ogni tipo. Tutte le forniture di qualità e nuove. Pulizia davvero accurata.

Cons: Va benissimo tutto

Pros: Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. A due dalla Metro A San Giovanni e vicino alla stazione dei treni.

Siamo stati benissimo, Barbara é stata favolosa e gentilissima. Appartamento pulitissimo

Pros: Non era prevista una vera colazione, ma c'era l'occorrente per prepararla: cialde di caffé, zucchero. macchinetta... é stato lasciato un cofanetto per ogni ospite con acqua, caffe, dolce

Perfetto in tutto, casa, zona e gestori

Pros: Posizione ottima, vicino a metro s.giovanni e a re di Roma. Quartiere fornito di ogni cosa. Casa super silenziosa, molto ampia e spaziosa. Barbara ed Enrico (gestori) sono molto gentili e disponibili. Ci siamo sentiti più volte e sono sempre stati gentilissimi. Consiglio l appartamento.
