We were very satistied
Pros: -good location = close to centre (Re Di Roma metro station) close to Airport (Ciampino= bus+Metro)Pam supermarket walking distance, McDonald's even closer.Spacious apartment (before being on our trips we have spent nights in small hotel rooms (London,Poland,Madrid,Paris etc.) Stay in 7th apartment was diffrent and much much beter :) spacious apartment plus not only with balcony but the terrace :) with grill ( we havent managed to grill :( but found everything necessary in Pam Supermarket) so we will go for sure for grilling next time being back to 7th again.Rooms are Air-conditioned also big plus for \
Cons: Coffee Machine also there but not really useful hmm we decided not go for searching for right capsules in supermarket.McDonalds close by was solution for us.Bathroom is old fasioned but kind of ok.No bath only small shover place (for people over 100kg like me bit small)= but experienced worse in the past so OK.

Une excellente adresse
Pros: Très calme, dans une zone que j'apprécie beaucoup et qui est bien desservie par les transports, belle terrasse, suffisamment équipé, chauffage facile à régler (électrique dans la chambre et la salle de bain). Contrairement à ce qu'indiquaient d'autres voyageurs, je n'ai pas trouvé que la douche était trop petite, et l'eau était toujours bien chaude.
Cons: Le seul bémol est le lit : le matelas est vraiment inconfortable, il faudrait le remplacer ou, à la rigueur, en améliorer le confort avec un topper.

Tive uma ótima estadia, ótima escolha em Roma
Pros: - Fui super bem recebida por uma brasileira que me explicou tudo - Gabrielle super prestativo com o problema da cortina - Prédio próximo do metrô San Giovanni - Muito espaçoso com uma varanda imensa - Lava louças foi muito útil para quem tem pouco tempo
Cons: - As panelas estavam em condições ruins, então não pude cozinhar - Só havia pratos pequenos - O box do banheiro muito apertado para o banho - A cortina havia emperrado quando fui abri-la porém resolveram rapidamente

Pros: Eine schöne und geräumige Unterkunft in der Nähe des Zentrums und von den Busstationen und Metro. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine herrliche, große Terrasse, was ein großes Plus ist. Auch die Waschmaschine haben wir sehr geschätzt. Der Gastgeber Claudio ist sehr freundlich und hat uns alles gut erklärt. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft :)
Cons: Die Küche könnte besser ausgestattet sei. Es fehlten zum Beispiel größere Teller oder ein Geschirrhandtuch. Die Klimmanlage im Wohnzimmer hat nicht richtig funktioniert.

Pros: Smestaj je bio savrsen, blizu metro stanice 5 min hoda, Koloseum 15 min hoda. Utisak kao kod kuce...
Cons: Dodatno se Naplacuje cekiranje 25e posle predvidjenog vremena. Nigde nije naglaseno prilikom bukinga.

Fantastico! Ritorneremo sicuramente!
Pros: Abbiamo soggiornato a Roma in questa nuova struttura. Che dire, tutto perfetto. Ottima accoglienza da parte dello staff. Ci troviamo a due passi dalla Basilica di San Giovanni, vicino alla Via Appia ottima per lo shopping, ristorazione etc. Stazione Metro a 2 passi, ma volendo si può con una bella passeggiata a piedi arrivare nella zona del Colosseo e del Foro romano. L'appartamento è uno splendido attico, con una magnifica terrazza dove è piacevole cenare la sera e fare la colazione al mattino. E' pulito e completo di tutto. Al prossimo viaggio a Roma \
