Great place to stay in Rome, easy to get around to all we wanted to see

Pros: Very nice flat with everything you need. Very close to city center and transportation. There are shops very close and McDonald's over the street. Very good communication with the owner. Everything went very smooth.

Pros: Very well equipped, modern designed two bedroom two bathroom flat with roomy kitchen and lounge area, in the heart of San Giovanni neighbourhood on Via Appia Nuova. Metro A is just 200 meters away. Very good cafes, bars and restaurants are around the corner.
Cons: The busy street of Appia Nuova cause of course some noise due to heavy traffic. Italian ambulances are so loud and pass by very often! A better noise isolation at windows could be done.

Pros: Apartament mare, curat cu aer condiționat în fiecare cameră, 2 băi curate. Bucătărie utilată. Foarte aproape de transport local(autobuz, metrou). În 15 min ești în centru cu transportul local. În apropiere supermarket și restaurante . Gazdă foarte atentă la cererile noastre.

Nice stay in a neat area offering restful relief after a busy day of sightseeing
Pros: Really liked the location/neighborhood. It has tons of ethnic and local restaurant options and is far enough away from the main tourist areas that you can get some relief from the crowds. You definitely have to take the metro/bus/taxi from Termini but there are two stops on the A within 5-10 minutes walk. The apartment is recently renovated to a high standard and spacious for a family of four. Well equipped and a place to look forward to returning to after a busy day.
Cons: There was no laundry soap. We bought a bottle and left it there for the next guests. Be aware that you need a way to dial a local phone number to unlock the building door downstairs. I was able to use google voice to do this in case you are on a data only travel sim. Just add a bit of calling credit as each call costs a few cents.

Roma em Re di Roma
Pros: A localização é ótima, muito limpo, camas e travesseiros muito confortáveis, 2 banheiros, o que é fundamental para 2 casais, e os chuveiros com bastante pressão e água bem quente. Não usamos a cozinha para cozinhar, apenas tomávamos o café da manhã.
Cons: Éramos 2 casais de idades bem diferentes, então precisávamos de 2 chaves da porta do edifício para termos liberdade de ir e vir quando quiséssemos. Tivemos que pedir uma chave extra. Há anos alugamos apartamentos quando vamos à Europa, este foi o único lugar onde a geladeira estava completamente vazia, nem uma pequena garrafa de água gelada para os hóspedes cansados da viagem! Em compensação, deixamos vários alimentos, como ovos, manteiga e pão para os próximos hóspedes, além de uma garrafa de água gelada.

Komfortowe mieszkanie
Pros: Mieszkanie w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji. Blisko metro i większy supermarket. Dwie łazienki, obydwie z prysznicem, dzięki czemu wyjazd był komfortowy. Byliśmy tydzień, mieszkanie było wyposażone w praktycznie wszystkie niezbędne rzeczy, łącznie z pralką i suszarką. Z właścicielem był bardzo dobry kontakt. Polecam

Pros: El apartamento es muy cómodo y grande, tiene dos baños completos. La ubicación es excelente, cerca del metro y otros medios de comunicación. Todo excelente, gracias!!!

Pros: L'appartamento era pulito, spazioso e moderno Aveva tutto il necessario, inclusi lavastoviglie, divano e due bagni Il check in è in autonomia La zona è molto tranquilla e collegata al centro con tantissimi bus diversi e metro. Ci sono anche tanti negozi e ristoranti a pochi passi Materassi e cuscini molto comodi Veloce risposta del proprietario
Cons: Non metto 10 per questi motivi: Si sente abbastanza il rumore della strada/vicini, anche se a noi non ha dato particolarmente fastidio Avremmo gradito altri dettagli tipo più carta igienica, shampoo e bagnoschiuma di cortesia, zucchero o caffe. Una delle camere non ha quasi luce perché la finestra era molto piccola e nascosta, ma per dormire va più che bene.
