Better than what I hoped for!

Pros: The apartment was exactly how I expected it. It was clean, well-equipped and cozy. The stuff is absolutely amazing, the communication was smooth and effective. The area of Rome in which the apartment is located is a very nice residential area, well connected to the city centre and full of shops and cafes.

We really liked it! There was enough of everything. Communication with the manager was easy and pleasant.

Pros: The area was quiet and nice, very close to the metro! The building is beautiful, with history. Interesting elevator! The apartment is very clean, bright. I liked that it was alive, there were a lot of books and beautiful paintings. We lived there for a week, cooked and washed in the washing machine, it is on the balcony. On the balcony you could sit at a table and drink coffee in the morning. There is a large grocery store next to the metro!

Pros: Расположение квартиры и сама ее обстановка, все очень красиво и аккуратно, чисто, заселилась без проблем.

Cons: Не было моющего средства и губки для посуды, чтобы после перекуса быстро ополоснуть посуду, но в квартире есть большая посудомойка.

100% RECOMENDABLE, LIMPIO Y BIEN UBICADO Y FIABLE

Pros: Dudábamos si alquilar este apartamento porque nos pareció muy barato y eso nos generaba desconfianza, pero desde Booking nos explicamos que cuando ponen nuevos apartamentos ponen ofertas y que era real, y asi fue, resultó ser increíble. Fuimos desde España sin tener mucha idea y la ubicación era genial, metro y bus a 3 minutos. El apartamento super cuidado y muy limpio. 100% recomendable.
