Il Palazzetto

A hidden gem in the heart of Rome.

Pros: I liked everything about the Hassler and Il Palazzetto, especially the staff. Daniella was exceptional as were all the staff we met. They were gracious, welcoming and friendly. Il Palazzetto is a hidden gem.

Cons: I can’t think of anything.

Beyond Expectation!

Pros: Il Palazzetto was in the best location and the room was amazing and spacious, beds so comfortable, lovely bathroom and the staff looked after every needs. The Bar Terrace was a great place to relax and look over the Spanish Steps and enjoying being part of Rome! Il Palazzetto is part of the Hotel Hassler Group, using their amenities and having breakfast every morning at the Hotel Hassler was a bonus. Best Coffee in Italy. The staff at Hotel Hassler are fantastic. I would not stay anywhere else in Rome now, after being at the Palazzetto and enjoy the beautiful boutique hotel and also the Hotel Hassler

Wonderful hotel in great location let down by lukewarm water

Pros: Location. Room was elegant and the bed was comfortable. Temperature control worked well.

Cons: The hot water was not hot enough. Ok for a shower (just) but not hot enough for a bath.

Beautiful Boutique stay in Rome

Pros: Fantastic location overlooking the Spanish Steps and within easy walking distance to a number of iconic spots. The service from the staff was exceptional, they even helped us pay for a parking ticket we had received elsewhere in Italy and didn't know how to pay. All service with a smile, polite and friendly. The room exceeded our expectations, it was actually larger than it looked in the photo's not the website, very high ceilings and plenty of space, there was even a walk-in wardrobe. The rooftop bar attached to the hotel was great, we enjoyed drinks and the view both evenings of our stay. We would 100% stay here again.

Cons: Everything was great, no complaints.

An extraordinary property attached to the exceptional Hotel Hassler, delivering unrivalled value.

Pros: The location of the hotel, and in particular the views from Room 2 are without parallel. Daniela as always was more than helpful as was her colleague Beate, the service was faultless

Fantastic highly recommend and if we come back for a 6th time would stay here again

Pros: Location is unbeatable in Roma, room was a good size and access to the Hassler Hotel was an unexpected bonus

Cons: unable to use the steam room and sauna as wasnt ever turned on

Pros: Amazing location on the Spanish steps. Huge rooms which are beautifully appointed. Wonderful staff, nothing was too much trouble.

9.99 out of 10. Needs a pool to get 10 out of 10. We will definetely be returning next July.

Pros: Perfect breakfast and location. The very highest of staff service and friendliest with full knowelege of answers to all questions that a visitor would have about Rome.

Cons: Need to have a swimming pool considering the hot weather.

Pros: This is a fantastic place to stay!!!! Lovely big rooms, big bathroom, fabulous view of the Spanish Steps from rooms and Rooftop Bar. It is a boutique hotel attached to The Hassler whose facilities can be used also! The staff are fantastic, friendly and super helpful! We loved it and would definitely stay again!!!
