Pros: It’s a great location! Right near Spanish steps, it felt very safe and secure. Multiple keys and gates to enter the property.

Cons: The cleanliness of the room could be improved. It’s difficult not having concierge service as we run out of the basic amenities like water, towels and toiletries. The AC also wasn’t very strong. We had to climb 3 flights of stairs as the elevator was very small. Wasn’t an issue for us as it increased our fitness, however should be noted for elder clients and those with mobility issues.

Pros: We had a perfect stay at Fellini Design Suites in Rome! The location was absolutely excellent – just a few seconds walk from the Spanish Steps and close to so many of the city’s main attractions, restaurants, and shops. It made exploring Rome incredibly easy and enjoyable. The apartment itself was stylish, clean, and very comfortable. One of the most impressive features was the incredible sound isolation from the busy street below. Despite being in such a central location, the apartment was wonderfully quiet, allowing us to relax and sleep peacefully each night. Our host was exceptionally responsive and welcoming, and the staff was just as impressive, helpful, kind, and always available when needed.

Exceptional Stay – Highly Recommended!

Pros: I stayed in this apartment with friends in June 2025, and it was without a doubt one of the best decisions we could have made. The location is perfect—just steps from the Spanish Steps—yet remarkably quiet and peaceful despite being in the heart of the city. The building is securely locked, which gave us a real sense of safety throughout our stay. The apartment itself is comfortable, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully furnished with everything we needed. What truly sets this rental apart is the host, Fabio. He is genuinely warm, attentive, and goes above and beyond to ensure his guests feel welcome and well looked after. I wholeheartedly recommend this apartment.

Excellent option in lovely part of Rome

Pros: Spacious and cozy room, comfortable bed, great shower. Overlooking the lively piazza di Spagna, great area to explore. Fabio is a wonderful host, very considerate and responsive.

The host was very welcoming, arrange our car transport from the airport and facilitated all our requests very promptly.

Pros: The property was conveniently located next to Piazza Di Spagne - easy walking access to all the tourist attractions and shopping districts. You could easily take the metro (50m walk) and/ or get a taxi from around the corner. The room itself was very large, the mattresses and pillows very comfortable and bathrooms large in size. Highly recommended!

Friendly staff, clean, comfortable and prime location

Pros: Amazing location, right in the heart of Rome. Easy to get to all sights. Accommodations was clean, comfortable and staff were extremely friendly and ready to help anytime. Staff arranged a guided tour of the colosseum, full access and an extremely knowledgeable guide.

Pros: Great location and big room. Fabio was very helpful to answer all our questions.
