Pros: The location is right in the center of Rome, with immediate access to everything you need.

Cons: The rooms were a bit cold and there were no slippers.

Would come back if we ever visit again

Pros: The property is in a nice, secure building. The entry to the appartments is nice and has a nice smell. The family room was quite spacious for 2 adults and 2 kids. It has 2 small wardrobes and a chess drawer to keep your clothes. There is daily housekeeping and fresh towel provided. The property is located in the heart of Spagna Square which is close to some of the major tourists landmarks. Some many restaurants around as well.

Cons: Elevator small, had to make a few trips to get suitcase upstairs.

Perfect stay in the heart of Rome

Pros: Great location! We could walk to every place we wanted to visit in maximum 30-40 minutes. The property was clean, nice smelling, easy to find. Totally recommend! ❤️

Fantastic location

Pros: Best location right near the Spanish steps with great cafes and restaurants nearby. Walking distance to lots of attractions. Taxis right out the door. The beds were comfortable. The host was friendly and courteous. Would stay again. The only negative thing was that the bathroom ceilings were mouldy and could use a good clean and mould-resistant paint to safeguard the health of guests. Also a luggage rack or 2 would be a great addition to the rooms.

Pros: Very clean, they provided all that we needed. Location very good, basically you are in the Piazza Spagna.

Safe and easy to go around.

Pros: The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room, view from the window, bed, and location were great! The hotel is next to the famous McDonald’s branch.

Cons: More instructions on how to operate the heater and what to do if the water doesn’t heat up at 1 am. The Wi-Fi works best near the room entrance than by the window.

Pros: The location was perfect. The manager was very helpful, friendly and kind. The room was very clean and every day was cleaned. Espresso cafe in the room was excellent 👌👍. Sure i will stay there again in Rome !

Cons: The sofa bed was uncomfortable and the ac didn't work.
