Pros: The apartment was at the very center of Rome and you could wake around the center very easily which helped us a lot to enjoy the city. Perfect for our family with very well equipped kitchen. Melania and her team were very kind and ready to offer guidance and assistance throughout our stay.

Cons: The elevator was rather small for our family.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place. The service was excellent – very friendly, helpful and flexible throughout our visit. The apartment was clean, well maintained and very reasonably priced for the location. The location itself is fantastic, right in the heart of Rome and within walking distance to many major sights. It’s worth noting that this is more of an apartment-style accommodation rather than a traditional hotel, so it doesn’t have features like a staffed lobby or multiple emergency exits as in larger hotels. That said, everything worked very smoothly for us and we felt very well taken care of. Overall, a great place to stay in Rome!

Pros: It’s an excellent location, next to the Spanish steps and walking distance from all the major sites. Moreover, I’ve never received such personal attention from an accommodation. Melania and her team were simply magnificent and ready to help our stay be a 10/10.

Pros: Everything was perfectly organized from the beginning to the end. The communication was excellent and they always made sure to ask if we needed anything. They also arranged our transportation to and from the airport, which made everything even easier. The suite was very clean, beautifully located, and offered a wonderful view of the Spanish Steps. A special mention to Melania for her kindness, her attentiveness, and her constant care throughout our stay. We truly appreciated it. Highly recommended!

Pros: The hotel is in a great location, right in the city center, within easy reach of the subway station and attractions. We had a very comfortable stay with our two children.

A charming stay in a perfect location, with only minor details holding it back from being excellent.

Pros: The room was well furnished and the beds were comfortable. The staff we met were very friendly and helpful, and breakfast was tasty with especially kind service in the café. The location directly at Piazza di Spagna was excellent.

Cons: Some small details could be improved, such as more hooks in the bathroom and loops on the towels for hanging. The air conditioning was rather weak, and on the last hot days over 30 °C it hardly cooled anymore, so perhaps some maintenance or cleaning would help.
