Would recommend for any solo traveller

Pros: The property was a great location and fitted all the needs of a solo female traveller. I read a lot of reviews prior that weren’t overly positive but I can honestly say my experience was great. The lady on the reception on my arrival was it Anna? She was amazing, extremely helpful and welcoming. My room was a single room and it was perfect. It was clean, with all basic amenities. House keeping came in each day to turn down my room. You are visiting an extremely historical city, the hotel is exactly that its authentic. If you’re looking for modern, then the branded hotels are for you. This property has character and gives a real Italian feel.

Cons: The only thing that could be improved is wear and tear. Bedside tables were broken. A towel hook in the bathroom would also be beneficial.

Lovely stay, great accomodation and perfect location

Pros: Location is fantastic and property so clean and nicely decorated. The staff were lovely and the housekeeper was so pleasant. Loved the lemon diffuser scents throughout the property. The hill terrace on roof is lovely addition to the stay. The lemonade for rooftop was lovely too.

Cons: No normal size coffee pods for Americano coffee, only espresso which too small and strong. No still water provided for drinking in the room. More information on arrival about facilities close by e.g. shop downstairs for groceries etc as this be handy to know in advance. It be very good to mark map etc where hotel is etc..just extra touches to enhance the customers stay

Pros: Centrally located within walking distance of sights. Room was nicely decorated, better than what's showing on booking.com photos. It was very clean with good wifi signal and had a powerful air con.

Cons: Room wasn't soundproofed so you can hear the noises coming from other bedrooms especially the showers. On our 2nd night we heard a very loud humming engine sound so we didn't sleep well.

Would definitely stay again, very successful stay.

Pros: The location, fabulous, the staff, fabulous, the ease with booking as well as exit and entry, very manageable.

Cons: The pull out bed wasn’t very comfortable, and partially blocked access to the bathroom, the other full size bed was excellent.

Pros: The place is excellent. The staff is very helpful and hospitable. The room was superb. The location is great because it’s a walking distance from everything. Would absolutely recommend it!
