Pros: As mentioned by many, the owners are incredibly helpful. The apartments are located in a super convenient location. Complimentary coffee and other snacks.

Cons: Bathroom setup is strange - sink outside the bathroom in bedroom, shower only in a large bathtub, toilet does not flush well and there was a bit of a smell of sewage.

Pros: Nice size room with high ceiling, right in the centre near to all the best shopping and site seen. Very easy to get to, no problem in checking in or out, having electronic keys or normal key. Even do my room looked on via Frattina was very quite.

Pros: Everything- beautiful room & stylish. Very comfortable bed, fabulous nights sleep, very very quiet. Beautiful property. Loved everything about it. Easy access.

Pros: Everything! Room was immaculate in the best location. Host was amazing, informed us where to get the best food and he was not wrong. Room service was impeccable, they would refill water bottles, soft drinks, coffee and snacks daily!! I havent received that service in any hotels

Very Good Location. Great Place!

Pros: The location of the apartment is great, very close to all tourist attractions, super convenient. The room is beautiful and clean, the shower could be better, but nothing to complain really. The host is also very kind and helpful.

Cons: The shower could be a little better. I guess it is for people that want to take baths, but to people who would rather shower, becomes a little inconvenient. Not super unpleasant though, just a minor thing.

Excellent place for short stay in Rome

Pros: Attention to detail and responsiveness of staff. Location is great, Valentina did everything to ensure we are having a pleasant stay. We reached early and Valentina did her best and managed to check us in early which made our trip easy. We will be back for sure. .

Pros: FRATTINA 57 was wonderful!! The property was centrally located. It was spotlessly clean with excellent AC (temperatures in Rome were 35*C & above!!) BIG THANKS to Stefano & Valentina who were so accommodating- even facilitating our very late check-in

Pros: Absolutely loved our stay! The location was perfect — close to everything but still peaceful and relaxing. The room was clean, stylish, and super comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always happy to offer recommendations and make sure we had everything we needed. We felt so welcome from the moment we arrived. Would 100% stay here again next time we’re in Rome!
