Good value in Rome close the the station

Pros: Clean tidy. Comfy bed. Good aircon. Icy cold bar fridge. Everything worked. 5mins from Roma Termini. Bathroom was separate but private. I.e. No one used that bathroom except me. Great value little place.

Perfect spot for central rome

Pros: LOCATION WAS PERFECT . SINGLE BED WAS MORE LIKE A CHILDS BED BUT COMFORTABLE. VERY QUIET ROOM AT BACK ON FIRST FLOOR WITH WONDERFUL AIR CON AND SPACIOUS SHOWER . BATHROOM EXCELLENT

Cons: having to phone the number and to get the reception to come and open the door. was not aware they were across street not in the rooms

Good location

Pros: Great central location only a 5 minute walk from Termini where you can get bus from/to airport. 5 minutes from Maria Maggiore church with a good super market across the street. Room had WiFi , cold fridge, and AC and only up 1 flight of stairs.

Cons: Bed a little lumpy but ok for 2 nights. Elevator on off but luckily only up one floor

A good budget stay

Pros: We needed a really cheap stay for overnight, and the hotel fully met our expectations - it was clean, beds comfortable with nice bed linen, shared bathroom just next to the room. Check in and out was easy. Very nice staff.

Cons: Taking into account hotel prices in Rome, and taking into account that this is a budget stay really close to Termini, I can't name anything particular.

Pros: Very close to the Termini station, if you plan to visit other cities. Also friendly staff. Easy to reach via bus from the airport.

Cons: It was confusing to find the reception, because it was in a different building on the other side of the street than the room we had booked.

Limpio y ordenado

Pros: Leyendo los comentarios fui con mucho temor ya que llegaba a las 20 hs y las reseñas no parecían alentadoras pero, realmente mi estadía estuvo muy bien. Todo limpio e impecable. Tenía una miniheladera y estaba muy cerca de la estación que era lo que necesitaba. Me ofrecieron limpiarme la habitación ( ya estaba incluido ) pero no lo permiti por prejuicios ( luego me arrepentí). Creo que para 1 sola persona el lugar esta bien.

Cons: Lo unico que me parece correcto que aclaren es que el hotel no cuenta con recepción entonces, cuando llegas al hotel hay alguien esperándote para explicarte el funcionamiento y darte la llave ( eso fue lo que me asusto ya que no contaba con eso y sumado a los comentarios negativos, me dio mucho miedo). Explicando eso , se ahorran malos entendidos y las reseñas talvez serian mejores. En cuanto a la zona donde se encuentra el hotel, es roma termini... esa zona no es ni segura ni insegura, hay que estar atentos como en toda ciudad grande una cosa a mejorar es la tv que de a ratos funcionaba y de a ratos no. .
