Very good location

Pros: Location is perfect, just 2 min walk from Termini main station. Everyday room is cleaned. Common bathroom is also kept clean.

Cons: It is a bit noisy since location is very center district in Rome. Kitchen was very basic, I would expect water dispenser or coffee machine.

Pros: Close to train station. Clean room and clean bathroom. Fridge in room.

Cons: Strong smell of disinfectant in bathroom. No water in kitchen room, need to get water in bathroom.

Excellent value for money

Pros: The room is spacious. The bed is wide, the mattress is comfortable for sleeping. The bed linen and towels are clean. The air conditioner worked. There is a hairdryer and a refrigerator in the room. The bathroom is clean. Disposable shampoo and soap are provided. The owner is very friendly. We had a good rest after a hard journey. The ideal combination of price and quality. I highly recommend it!

Cons: We didn't find a kettle, but I think if we had asked, they would have given it to us. The window handle is broken, so it's impossible to close the window.

Clean and comfortable

Pros: The property had great air conditioning, it was extremely clean and the bed was comfortable. Staff were also nice.

Cons: This place had a few bad reviews but we couldn’t disagree more, it was great budget friendly accommodation no sign of dirtiness.

Amazing location

Pros: Good location in Termini, good size room, comfortable bed, good wifi. No issue with the shared bathroom. Felt safe and had a good window view. No issues checking in at night (10:30pm)

Cons: There's a kettle and microwave but no cups or bowls.

Happy to stay

Pros: - Very convenient location if you are traveling by train or bus to the airport or just around Rome - My room was clean, no insects at all and bed was really comfy (in the cabinet was also thick blanket) - Shared bathroom was clean too (in the room were prepared towels and shampoo) - Wifi worked without any issue

Cons: - The furniture is a bit old, but who cares:-D - The Termini area is a bit dodgy, especially during the evenings

Great budget stay in Rome

Pros: The check in time is good, very close to the termini station, the bed was comfortable and the communication was very good. There is a supermarket nearby and plenty of fastfood or restaurants too. The single room I got also had a tiny balcony which is nice

Cons: This is only a minor for travellers with suitcase, the lift is quite small so beware, but it is not the property’s fault.
