Good location & comfy room

Pros: Good location near train station with lots of cafes & restaurants nearby. Comfy bed, plenty of storage space & heating in the room. Room felt secure as you got 4 keys to open front gate, main door, door that led to reception/kitchen area and then your own room door. Fridge, kettle and microwave in the shared kitchen area & tea & coffee was great to have (3 rooms shared this area). Was able to leave luggage as arrived early. Was sent location instructions day & was asked what time we were arriving and was met to be given keys etc. I would stay here again

Cons: The bathroom was small but was ok for me. The shower head wouldn’t stay in the holder

Perfect budget accommodation in an amazing location.

Pros: - Amazing location - Very clean room - Friendly staff - Nicely decorated - Towels and toiletries provided - Really good Aircon and WiFi. Honestly for a budget accommodation we had a lovely stay here and the staff were amazing if you are looking for budget accommodation this is great

Cons: - Only thing I could say is that the shower head didn’t have a holder so you had to hold it but that didn’t bother us at all because the shower was clean and had good pressure

Clean, compact and convenient.

Pros: This accommodation was very clean in beautiful surroundings and very convenient to train station. The bathroom is compact but fine for our needs. Lots of restaurants very close by.

It is a very good option for budget travellers.

Pros: The location is excellent. The property is very close to Termini. You can reach Colosseum and other places even on foot. There is a lot of restaurants and shops in the close vicinity. A small and beautiful garden in front of the tenement.

Cons: As a cheap option, the place is not very comfortable. The towel was ragged, but during my stay the towels were changed. There was no remote control for air-conditioning.
