Pros: Fantastic location. We had a lovely clean & quiet room. The bed was super comfortable with warm bedding.

Pros: The room was comfortable and clean. Not large but perfect for my short stay. Nice hot water in the shower, good quality bedding and well-furnished. Towels and toiletries were provided, including a hair dryer and slippers. The people behind the front desk were exceptionally friendly and very helpful.

Cons: The location is very convenient being right beside the train station, but the area is a little bit dodgy for a solo female traveler to be walking home alone at night. Just be aware and stay safe!

A very nice and comfortable hotel to stay.

Pros: I loved everything: the room, the location, and the super-duper fast internet. The room isn’t large, but it’s more than enough for a solo traveler like me. The only downside was the shower—it’s mounted on the wall and not detachable. Other than that, everything was exceptional.

Cons: There’s no lift, so I had to carry my heavy luggage upstairs. It was mentioned in the description, though—I just didn’t realize how much effort it would take.

Pros: - Close to termini station, just around 5 - 7 mins walk - room is clean and spacious for solo traveller - bed is comfortable - water is strong for showering - the hosts are very friendly and definitely need a home made cappuccino from them

Cons: No laundry here but they have many laundry shops nearby but maybe a little bit pricey

Pros: Very friendly host, good location nearby train station. The room is small but it provided all necessary things.

Would stay there again!

Pros: It was a very convenient location and a wonderful place to stay to see Rome and get to other places, as it is right next to the Termini station. There are shops and laundry services nearby--all the needs for a traveller. The guesthouse was very well equipped and the host really paid attention to minor details (amenities in the room such as a shoe horn, iron with small ironing board, a fridge with a freezer for those needing is for medication). There was also a common kitchen with beverages, snacks and fruit--just lovely.

Cons: Room was a little small, but that is not a criticism.

Excellent; Clean, comfy, secure accomodation in centre of Rome

Pros: Great accomodation in the centre of Rome just minutes from Termini railway station. The room was exactly as described, it was extremely clean and well presented and the host was communicative both pre arrival and during our very short stay.

Cons: Location being close to a major railway station in the centre of a large major city means that you have to accept everything that goes with that so the short walk from the station to the Guest House with quite alot of baggage gets unwanted attention so if traveling alone be aware of surroundings.

Very happy and will stay there next time in Rome.

Pros: Location was perfect for sight seeing. 50m from train station. Rooms were comfortable, clean and modern. Big fridge in room and facilities to eat snacks provided. Windows were soundproofed.

Cons: Entrance and exterior were a bit off putting but once in, amazing.

Pros: This property has it all , fabulous contemporary style, everything you need to feel right at home, the amazing staff are committed to making your stay the best in Firenze ! , I’ve been travelling for over a month and have never been better looked after, it’s situated just in the right place for you to come and go to all of the best parts of Firenze and its eateries, absolutely love this place !!
