Would come
Pros: The location is amazing, right infront of the Spanish Steps - we could walk everywhere. There is a small elevator, so we could move our luggage up and down with no issue - this is not usually available in old buildings.
Cons: The water in the shower turns from hot to cold within seconds - they have to fix the water heater.

We had a very nice short break,& the appartment was exactly what we were looking for as a base
Pros: Location was brilliant, cafe next door for breakfast,& also a drink at the end of the day
Cons: We only used the apartment as a base, as we had trips booked for the days we were there, but I honestly couldn’t fault anything about our stay

Great property great location
Pros: Location! 2 bedrooms had a view of the Spanish steps and one had a cute balcony with the best view ever
Cons: Bedroom 4 was awkward (up windy stairs) and no bathroom. We didn’t need it on this visit thankfully as we only used 4 bedrooms

Beautifully Decorated Apartment In The Perfect Location
Pros: Piazza di Spagna 66 is such a beautifully decorated apartment in a wonderful modern style in the perfect location in Piazza di Spagna. The bedrooms, kitchen and bathrooms are all very nicely appointed. It is very clean and comfortable and very close to many cafés, shops and restaurants. It is also just a short walk to Piazza del Popolo, Via del Corso (the main shopping high street of Rome) and the Trevi Fountain. We only stayed for the one night, but would love to have stayed much longer!
Cons: Complimentary coffee and tea would have been a nice touch with perhaps some water in the fridge. Also, in order to get the keys, one must walk to a hotel reception desk a further 500m from the apartment (and then, obviously, back again) making a round-trip of about a kilometre of extra walking. This is problematic if one is carrying a lot of baggage and/or traveling with young children. It would have been nicer if someone could simply have met us at the apartment with the keys.

Amazing welcome to Rome, great part of town, amazing view, comfortable beds, elevator access!
Pros: Great location, easy to check in and out of the property.
Cons: The water had incredibly good pressure and was hot, but it was a little difficult to find warm water. so either hot or cold...

A gem in the heart of Rome
Pros: As an experienced traveler, this is one of the best apartment I stayed on holiday. The apartment is brand new, big enough and it is equipped with every comfort: kitchen,ac, smart tv, 2 bathrooms. The furniture is modern and stylish. I highly appreciated the balcony that overlooks Piazza di Spagna. I encountered professional and smiling staff at the arrival; they helped me to book a transfer from the apartment to Fiumicino Airport. I will definitely book again , next time I come back to Rome. A presto :)
