Pros: Everything😍! First of all, the location is just perfect. And then the apartment itself… wow! It’s super clean, comfy and has everything you could need. We honestly felt at home here and would 100% come back again. Highly recommended!

Cons: The only thing we noticed was that the bed could be more comfortable – we could feel the springs a bit.

Wonderful location, an accommodation that gives you the real Roman experience.

Pros: The location of the property is fantastic, and the apartment conditions are quite good. The bed was very comfortable, and although the kitchen is small, it is more than sufficient—especially since you’re in the heart of Rome with countless dining options just around the corner :).

Cons: That being said, I would really appreciate a bit more detailed and attentive cleaning. In particular, the sofa in the living room could use a thorough cleaning, as the smell was not very pleasant (it seemed like it might have been left damp).

Pros: Amazing location. Very spacious and well equipped apartment.

Cons: A few things would need a fix (shower), noise from the street (partly because ongoing construction).

I would not stay anywhere else in Rome!

Pros: This apartment was sensational! Great location and is beautifully appointed. When we return to Rome, we would not stay anywhere else. The apartment is spacious, clean and well appointed with everything that you need. The bedroom was very large and comfortable and the bathroom was also spacious with a beautiful shower.

Cons: We could not fault anything. We loved everything about this apartment. The only thing I would change is the construction going on outside!

Best stay in Rome

Pros: Best location in Rome Beautiful apartment with a lift , beautiful view , big bathroom , kitchen and all the rest Love to stay there and want to come back next year Irina was excellent she explained everything to us and gave us lots of good advices

A marvelous place in the heart of Rome

Pros: The position, just in the centre, the wiew from the four big windows are marvelous, a quiet corner beside the Spanish Steps, one could just sit looking outside and get the feeling of being in Rome. Also the decoration of the apartment is done with great taste, modern with a touch of old. The bed is big and comfortable, there is much space for all belongings, good WiFi and two televisions. Flavio, the host, is always disponibel to answer any questions, downstairs is the lady ready to help. We could have stayed more than the 9 days but we will definitely go back.

Cons: The kitchen is well equipped with all you need when not cooking much, but very small.

Awesome Place to Stay and great value for your money

Pros: Great location, beautiful residential building in the center of probably one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Rome. right in front of the Spanish Consulate, apt is very comfortable, huge windows and bathroom, has a tiny kitchen but useful, It was just great in every sense

Great stay in the heart of Rome.

Pros: Spacious apartment, perfect location - walking distance to all major attractions and “hidden gems”. Close to public transportation, subway and taxi stand.

Cons: It was perfect for us.
