A dream stay in AV Domus Propaganda, felt like home away from home

Pros: Amazing location, very well equiped with everything you need, felt like we were at home. Very spacious, stylish, in the center but still quiet. It was very clean, we got water bottles and coffee capsules, you have olive oil, salad dressing, sugar etc.. Two toilets are very useful, washing machine with 3 types of detergent available. Bravo for the hosts they thaught of everything. We will return many times. Tomasso was very kind and gave us good advice and recommendations.

Pros: The apartment has a great location . It is located at the foot of the Isapan steps, but the windows overlook a quiet street, as much as it is possible in the center of Rome. The apartment has a comfortable climate even without air conditioning, although it is there. There were bottles of cold water in the refrigerator. They left us butter, tea, spices .There were many different utensils

Enjoyed my stay and would stay there again

Pros: The apartment is newly renovated and has all necessities, the living room had a TV, dining table and a sofa bed, full functional kitchen, 1 bedroom with queen bed converts to 2 single beds, 1 full bathroom and 1 half bathroom with handheld bidet (advantage). The location is unbeatable, right at the end of piazza spagna (high-end brands shops) with a walking distanva from Spanish Staps, Trevi Fountain, and via del Corso (another shopping street) Surrounded by restaurants and cafes, supermarkets and pharmacies. There is a taxi stop opposite the building.

Cons: The bed were firm and not very comfy, and the kitchen is missing a microwave, and though the building has an elevator, there are few steps at the entrance to take.

Perfect in every way

Pros: The apartment exceeded our expectations. It was spacious, clean, tastefully decorated and the location amazing. There were so many shops and eateries on our doorstep and the access to public transport was easy. Simone met us on arrival and showed us how everything worked, as well as his recommendations for places to eat and things to do. He was an absolute delight and nothing was too much trouble.

Cons: Nothing. We hope to return next year!

Pros: Location was fabulous, the AC was great and also a washing machine! With 2 bathrooms and a kitchen, this property was excellent.

Cons: The beds could be more comfortable, but they were fine.

Excelente lugar para visitar Roma en familia o con amigos!

Pros: Nos encantó la ubicación, justo en Plaza España, pero también muy tranquilo para descansar. Este departamento totalmente renovado es una joya! El edificio tiene un pequeño ascensor muy conveniente para las maletas. Todo funciona perfectamente, los baños muy nuevos y aseados. La cocina estupenda y el tamaño en general de las habitaciones es maravilloso. Está a pocos pasos del Metro Spagna, y de muchos restaurantes y tiendas de lujo. Nuestra anfitriona Carolina hizo todo para que la estancia fuera increible.

Cons: Nada nos molestó ni disgustó, estuvo todo muy bien.
