Great location and roomy apartment.
Pros: The location was perfect for exploring Rome. The unit was a good size with kitchen. The host was responsive to questions. Nice to have a washing machine & dryer available.
Cons: Shower was really small. Main bedroom could use more lighting, very dim. Hot water boiler switch was not clearly marked but the host assisted promptly and explained how to turn it back on. Clearer marking would be great for future stays.

Fantastic stay
Pros: Location, Location, location. A few streets away from the Trevi Fountain. Shops and restaurants nearby, couldn't have picked a better location. As you exit the property, there is a restaurant left and right of the doorway. Great food at both. The restaurant to the left was the best. Great hosts who responded quickly to any query. If I am returning to Rome, I will be returning to the property.
Cons: If you have mobility issues, this is not the property for you. 3 flights of stairs, no lift, so beware. Otherwise, fantastic.

Super location. Look no further, I strongly recommend this apartment
Pros: I am super satisfied from staying at this apartment. It was clean, spacious, equipped with everything you need. The location could not be better, and there was a quick contact with a supportive host. When I am back in Rome, I will choose it again.
Cons: Small thing: there was a very squeaky bed in the main bedroom

Warm and autentenic appartments in perfect location
Pros: Perfect location. Very central but guiet area. Very warm appartments. That was important for me in December). Autentenic inside.
Cons: There was no kettle, but probably I did not find it...

Pros: Beautiful house in the heart of Rome, very close to all the monuments. Under the house there are several restaurants. The house was clean and very quiet. Fully equipped with all the needed tools for the kitchen. I will choose it again for my holidays to Rome. Owner give you privacy by send you all the necessary instructions, nice and fast communication, thanks a lot. Ci vediamo 👋

Very good stay at this small but comfortable place
Pros: Very clean and comfortable. Excellent location with most sightseeing and eating places at walking distance. Some might find the beds hard but we like such beds.
Cons: The three floors to climb, no lift. I am 53 years old with some knee pain and hence had issues climbing with luggage. A little more lighting in the bedroom wouldve been nice.

Comfortable and a great location with helpful staff.
Pros: The apartment was absolutely perfect, fantastic location within walking distance to everywhere including the train station. Clean, tidy, and comfortable, would absolutely recommend this property to anyone. Fabulous restaurant downstairs too with incredible food!

Nice stay in a city centre
Pros: The apartment had good number of air-conditioners which were on when we arrived. It was super after the heat on the streets. We were informed about the possibility of early check-in which was very kind. We had enough supplies of everything and communication was very easy and quick. The apartment was fresh and clean with many wooden details. It was 3 min from the Spanish steps and 10min from Trevi. There were 2 supermarkets behind the corner. We enjoyed our stay.
Cons: Third floor with no elevator. Yet, it's in the very city centre so it is expected.

We recommend this place as an ideal spot for family or friends to discover Rome
Pros: no breakfast was booked. The location is the best you can imagine, direct in the centre cof the tourist attractions, no need to use public transportation.
Cons: We missed a microwave in the kitchen. There were quite some steps to walk up to the room, but beside of taking the luggage up and down, it was not too hard.

Fantastic Apartment Location 100%
Pros: Fantastic location. Stones throw from Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. Beautiful apartment. Main bathroom with shower, bidet and toilet. Small bathroom on entrance to apartment. TV room with small TV and sofa bed, well equipped kitchen, bedroom fabulous with smart tv and seating area above bed. Lots of storage space. Love this apartment
Cons: The mattress on bed was so hard. 61 stairs to apartment but worth it.
