Angie's Dream Home - Spanish Steps Rome

Fantastic stay, perfect location , wonderful host

Pros: Property is in a fantastic location near the Spanish steps. We stayed for 5 days and walked everywhere from this location. The property itself is well furnished. To be honest we spent very little time in the property as there’s so much to see in Rome. It was a lovely place to go back to and everyone around the property even the local restaurant staff are very helpful. Angie will get back to you almost immediately if you have any questions and it was a lovely little touch of a round of welcome drinks at her fabulous restaurant when we arrived. The staff there couldn’t have been any more helpful. When friends and family visit Rome I would definitely advise them to stay here.

Cons: The only thing I would comment on is the key to get in the front door. It can be hit or miss whether you are spending a few minutes trying to get in. It was myself my wife and my daughter. One of the beds is a fold out double. I think if you were visiting with friends and there were two couples, then maybe it could be a snug fit. However as a family that likes to venture out and about. It’s a perfect place.

Pros: Our stay at Angie’s Dream Home was nice. The location was perfect, the décor was lovely, and above all, Angie’s attention made the experience outstanding. She was very responsive and always present to help, solving any issue quickly and with professionalism.

Cons: There were some downsides. The bed is small and the mattress very firm. The AC in the bedroom made loud noises both while running and even for about an hour after being turned off, so it clearly needs to be fixed or replaced. Most importantly, our apartment was only ready after 6 pm, which was very unpleasant. Even if it was a last-minute booking (as ours was), in my opinion, if you offer last-minute bookings you should still be fully prepared to welcome guests on time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and woukd certainly come back when visiting Rome again

Pros: Perfect stay! The room was cozy, clean, and exactly as shown in the photos. The location is fantastic! close to everything and super convenient for getting around. Check-in was quick and easy, and Angelica was kind and always available for any questions. I immediately felt at home. Highly recommend this place: great value for money and a very welcoming atmosphere. I’d definitely stay here again!

Pros: The apartment is in an unbeatable location, a minutes walk to the Spanish Steps, in a beautiful street with great restaurants right at the door. The windows are double glazed so it is very quiet for such a vibrant area. The sofa bed was very comfortable. The air conditioning worked well.

Cons: The bed is small, only one person could sleep in it if you are tall. The kitchen could use a few more plates and cutlery.

Pros: Location was amazing, right beside the Spanish steps. Apartment was beautiful and everything was great. The host Angie was both patient and accommodating. I left my jacket and she kindly offered to post it to me. I will stay there again without hesitation.

Cons: It was perfect.

EXCEPTIONAL apartment in the heart of Rome

Pros: AMAZING apartment right beside the Spanish Steps. We couldn’t ask for a more convenient location and the place was absolutely stunning. Will come back for sure! And our hostess Angie was adorable. Highly recommended property 😍!

Pros: No incluía desayuno. La ubicación a pocos pasos de la Piazza Spagna es excelente

Cons: Internet no funciona correctamente. Se cae seguido. La llave de la entrada al edificio tiene fallas y tuvimos que recurrir a otras personas para poder entrar.

Pros: The location was fantastic! Just a few steps away from the Spanish steps, and a short walk to all the beautiful sights Rome has to offer. I would definitely stay here again.

Angie’s lo mejor en todo 🫶

Pros: Todo sin excepción está increíble , desde el departamento tal cual está en las fotos, una ubicación privilegiada , la propietaria con una excelente actitud y trato hacia sus huéspedes. Angie muchas gracias por estar al pendiente en todo momento, y la botella de bienvenida no se diga , deliciosa.
