Perfectly equipped apartment

Pros: The apartment was an offer on Booking.com, it was perfectly equipped and super clean. Indeed the furniture seemed to be new. It's also very close to a metro stop which makes life very easy because the busses in Rome are not predictable.

Cons: The only thing that might be added could be a toaster and a big mirror to see yourself entirely (even if just in a cupboard door).

Pros: L’appartamento è carino, pulito ed ha tutto ciò che è necessario per un soggiorno a Roma. Si trova vicinissimo alla metro Colli Albani e ci sono vari supermercati e negozi nelle vicinanze. La cucina è attrezzata, si trova anche olio, alluminio, pellicola, tovaglioli etc. Quando siamo arrivati abbiamo trovato il riscaldamento già acceso, Stefania risponde rapidamente ai messaggi.

Superbe séjour

Pros: L’appartement est très bien agencé. Proche du métro. Le quartier est calme et nous avons été très très bien accueilli. De bons conseils. L’appartement a tout ce qu’il faut. On c’est senti très bien dès l’entrée. Un grand merci pour l’accueil.

Excellent location, excellent place, excellent host. 10/10 would stay here again.

Pros: Excellent location within walking distance from Colli Albani station - which is in Line A where most tourist attractions are. Grocery, shops, restaurants, right outside the apartment. There's a decent selection of restaurants close by that are not touristy too. Very convenient base for staying in Rome as a tourist. Also, the property is thoughtfully laid out such that we didn't feel cramped as a family. I also like the thoughtful details like complimentary coffee, tea, plastic bags for your sandwich or food, laundry machine with detergent, etc. You can truly have a comfortable stay here. 10/10 would stay here again if in Rome. Stefy is also very responsive, and someone even met us to hand over the keys and explain how everything works, which I thought was a nice touch.

Cons: The sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable.

Parfait 🤗

Pros: Tout était parfait ! Le logement très sécurisé est très bien situé, juste à côté de la ligne de métro qui dessert tout le centre de Rome. La maison est très propre, parfaitement équipée avec tout ce qu’il vous faut pour un voyage confortable. Elle est très fonctionnelle et bien pensée. Petit plus pour la terrasse très agréable et très calme. Gros point également pour la propriétaire qui est adorable, à l’écoute et disponible si jamais vous avez besoin de quoi que ce soit ! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Rome. Nous recommandons !
