Pros: Towels were provided according to the number of guests during the cleaning service. The room size was just enough for the number of people staying and felt comfortable. There is an elevator inside the building, which made moving luggage easy. The staff were very kind and communicated with us clearly in English.

Cons: The area around the accommodation is quite noisy. The room is small, so it is not suitable for active movement inside.

Pros: Very close to the station as we needed to catch the train to the airport early the next morning. Very centrally located and very quiet area. Very friendly staff.

Cons: Coffee and tea provided but no spoons or milk. The staff were very approachable and would have provided these items if we had asked for them but our visit was very brief so we didn't worry.

Pros: The cleaning staff and desk staff at the managing hotel were great. The location a block away from Termini and the Metro was great. The room had good blackout curtains were a big help.

Cons: This part of Rome is noisy all the time. Ear plugs are a good idea for sleeping if you want the window open.

Pros: Right next to Rome train station. Neighborhood has everything you may need, shopping, restaurants and close to train station and busses. Fantastic room size and extremely comfortable beds

Cons: Norhing I can think of. Elevator is a bit small though.

Pros: The place is well located, just a few blocks from the train station. It’s clean and has everything you need for a short stay.

Cons: The downside is that the internet doesn’t work. I asked Benjamin to help with it, but nothing happened — the Wi-Fi never worked

Pros: We stayed for two nights. Communication was through Booking, and the hotel responded very quickly. Termini station is just a few minutes’ walk away. The room is small, but it has everything you need for a stay in Rome. You spend the whole day exploring and come back just to sleep. The air conditioner works well and doesn’t blow directly on you — very important. What we especially appreciated was the attitude of the staff. Binyamin welcomed us, showed us everything, and explained everything clearly. His warm and attentive approach made us decide to book another night before our flight home. Thank you so much!
