Safe stay with attentive host

Pros: I really appreciated the sense of security at Susy Guesthouse — I felt safe throughout my stay. The location is convenient, the room was comfortable, and everything was kept clean. What impressed me most was Susanna, the manager. She’s very attentive and responsive, coming immediately whenever I needed help. Her warm hospitality made me feel well taken care of.

Cons: The Wi-Fi was unavailable for two days due to network maintenance, which was a little inconvenient. The hot water also takes some time before it gets warm.

Great location.

Pros: Everything was perfect, from the location to the cleanliness of the room. Very clear instructions to check in. Would definitely return.

Cons: The bathroom is a bit on the small side, but manageable.

good location

Pros: The location here is perfect, lovely restaurants, bars and shops all near by. The walk to the main attractions are mostly around a 20minute walk.

Cons: to be picky, the bathroom is very small. The shower is also small and the hot water is temperamental. The towels on a 4 night stay got changed once, which is a bit of a nuisance as there is nowhere to dry them. Apart from that if you want to be close to everything and you're not too fussy this is fine.

Fantastic stay

Pros: The property was fantastic. Very clean and very well equipped. Had everything that you would need in the room or at the property. It was very well located to Terimini train station, less than 5 min walk away. 20 min walk to colosseum. Train/ trams and buses all just a few mins walk away.

Cons: We liked everything about this property. There was nothing to dislike

Pros: Помешкання розташовану у зручному місці, вікно виходило у двір, тому шумі від вулиці не було чути. Зайшли до помешкання по надісланій на телефон інструкції. Наш номер був чистим, у номері був електро чайний, телевізор та кондиціонер. Один вечір не було гарячої води і ми написали власнику. Через деякий час проблема вирішилася. На коридорі стояла електрична кавоварка , тобі ми пили каву щоранку. У номері був лише один бокал та не було чашок, хоча пакетики для заварювання були. В загалом наш відпочинок пройшов комфортно.

Cons: Замало місце у ванній кімнаті, відсутність столових приборів(виделки, ложки, ножа, чашки)

Pros: Great location, small room, but it was enough for me to sleep as I passed by. A perfect location, just next to Termini station, and very quiet.

Cons: The water flow in the shower was weak, and there was not enough hot water.

Muy recomendable

Pros: La ubicación está genial. La habitación es exactamente igual que en las fotos, muy cómoda (como la de un hotel), te dejan botellas de agua natural y con gas, tres toallas y jabón para cada persona y nos dejaron hacer el check in antes de tiempo. Hay cuatro almohadas y dos cojines en total, lo que es bastante difícil de encontrar. El aire acondicionado funciona de maravilla y es muy fácil la entrada con códigos. A parte de esto hay un hall con galletas y cápsulas de café y tés para coger cuando quieras.

Cons: La única pega que tiene es que el baño es un poco estrecho y es un poco incómodo ducharse, y el agua sale con muy poca presión. Pero bueno, te puedes duchar y tienes tu baño privado, que es lo importante.

Un spot perfecto, muy cerca del centro de Roma

Pros: Ubicación y comodidad. Quedaba cerca de la estación de tren y caminable a todo el centro de Roma. Era pequeño, pero preciso. Un departamento remodelado, por lo que las instalaciones eran espectaculares. El baño dicen que es pequeño, es cierto, pero cumple. Si eres muy grande o gordo no lo recomiendo porque la ducha es pequeña. Pero para nosotros funciono bien. La cama, la limpieza todo perfecto. Tiene un refrigerador y café gratis. Y no necesitas tomar bus o metro para ir al centro.

Cons: El barrio de noche es un poco peligroso. Hay que llegar en verano no mas tarde de las 22:00 porque se ponen muchas personas extrañas en la calle a tomar. Pero si llegas a una hora del día normal, todo bien. Muy normal. No te darías cuenta. Mejor no salir en la noche para evitar problemas.

Pros: Sijainti erinomainen. Kaikki ovet avautuivat koodeilla, mikä oli todella erinomainen asia. Ei tarvinnut huolehtia avaimista mitenkään.

Cons: Hintaansa nähden hyvä valinta.

Excellent stay

Pros: The room was clean with modern fittings, the photos matched expectations. The bed was very comfortable and the water pressure was great and hot water was perfect. We appreciated the additional touches such as soaps, wine glasses, and opener, coffee & biscuits. The host communicated access to the property so we had no trouble getting in or out, and met our special request. It was a nice quieter neighborhood away from the Central tourist hub, we were able to eat a delicious meal at a local restaurant around the corner. Access to the train station made it easy, since its just a very short walk. We arrived by train and left by rental car from the station. We used the Metro to hop on/off to locations such as the Vatican and Colosseum to save our feet from all the walking. It is also close enough to walk to great tourist spots if you choose.

Cons: No complaints.
