Friendly guest house, comfortable and walking distance from Rome Termini Train Station
Pros: The hosts were very kind, friendly and helpful and made us felt welcomed. Thank you! The photos from the website are true. Everything was very nice, clean, and neatly organized inside the ensuite and the apartment on the 2nd floor. There were other guests in the apartment and they were quiet and polite. The apartment location is very good and one block from Rome Termini train station. We very much liked staying there for 2 nights and recommended the ensuite. We will be back again and plan to stay in this lovely place.
Cons: The guest house is inside an old building that it looks like it is being renovated so outside the guest house the stairs were not clean. There was no construction noise at night or during the day.

Perfect stay in Rome
Pros: the property is huge, perfect for group & family. the interior seems brand new, beautifully design, comfort, clean and fully furnished. bedroom spacious, water pressure in bathroom is perfect, kitchen is very well provided. the location is very strategic, walking distance to termini station, restaurant nearby, everything is within walking distance. the contact person is very responsive, easy to contact, and helpfull.
Cons: the lift is quite old, they only fit the suitcase/luggage, not people.

A central location to Roma Termini, and considering the busy neighborhood, it was a very quiet and restful stay
Pros: The bathrooms and bedrooms were tastefully decorated with quite a bit of room

Great experience, great apartment and great location!
Pros: The place is super clean and well located! The hosts are amazing people, they took our lugagge since we got there earlier and surprised us with a beutiful basket of fruits, chocolate and champagne (since it was our honeymoon). The apartment is near the main station and this made our stay easier. I definetly recommend it to everyone!!

Pros: The descriptioin of accomodation is accurate and it is very nice for such price. A very convinient location. Train station Termini, metro stations, city bus and tram station, as well as a large supermarket are just 5 minutes from here. A great number of restaurants and stores are situated near this accomodation. Just 10-15 minutes walking to Colosseum and Forum. Didn't have problems at all with this accomodation and people from outside. It was a pleasure to communicate with owner of the accomodation and her great and kind team!

Close to Termini Station. Walking distance to major attractions (if you like to walk).
Pros: I liked the proximity of the train station. the security of the bedrooms. I didn't use the kitchen, but it is a good option if you want to prepare something. The person in charge of check-in was very friendly and helped us.
Cons: I stayed for 5 days and when I made the booking it was not very explained about the charge for an extra bed. That's what they call it when there are 4 people and you reserve the suite apartment type. Anyway, I had to pay it in cash. I disputed the fact of my extra bed. where is it? but it is just an expression of an extra charge that I never saw, when booking.com told me this you have to pay. I saw the taxes, arriving early, storing suitcases, ... nothing about the extra bed. Then I received the email with the extra charge. Simply, next time, check when it is a large group.

Pros: My family rented 2 of the 3 rooms in this apartment, which meant sharing the common kitchen and front door with other travelers. At no time did we feel unsafe. The rooms and bedding were comfortable. The location was very convenient to the Metro station and several mini-markets.
Cons: The place is a short walk from the Roma Termini station, but our train from the airport stopped at the back end of the station and since we were unfamiliar with the area, we ended up walking through a very sketchy neighborhood that did not feel safe. Our walks back to the station to ride the Metro, right near the main entrance were much better. From the outside, the apartment building does not look impressive at all, but things change quickly once in the apartment. Very safe and secure. Fairly well furnished.
