Pros: Very friendly owner and very helpful. Plenty of options for transport. Bus, tram, train, all within 2,3 minutes walking. Easy access to Termini station, Colosseum, Vatican, etc which is also very cheap, only 1.5 euro from the location.

Pros: It is a nice apartment with very friendly owners. My room was clean and smelled good :) It is located 15 min by tram to the main train station which is convenient. I was able to check in earlier and I very appreciated it!

Pros: It was close to the underground, restaurant and bars and cheap as well if we visit rome again I would stay here ,great coffee shop on the corner plenty of supermarkets for supplies if you need them 😀 and our host was very helpful

Pros: The host was great! The location is a little far from tourist attractions, but still great. The tram station is near the apartment - a 2 minute walk. There are a lot of bars and restaurants a little further down the street. Would recommend!

Pros: Clean place with everything you may need for a short stay; separate private bathroom in the room. Close to Pigneto metro station. There are supermarkets and restaurants around.

Cons: Noisy neighborhood close to street of bars and restaurants, better to use earplugs at night :)

A wonderful place for active tourists

Pros: Excellent room, fully corresponds to the description. Very clean, with a balcony, where we spent many evenings. The host is very responsive and kind, on the very first day he answered all our questions, told us about transport, gave us a map and showed us all the key places and interesting restaurants, calmly allowed us to leave our things for the day after check out. For such a price, excellent accommodation and location

Cons: If you are traveling without slippers at home, then be prepared for a cold floor in the room) (according to reviews, we knew about this in advance, it was not a surprise)

Pros: The owner was very supportive and showed great hospitality as we asked him for a late check in and he was really nice about it. Everything were organized and tidy.

Cons: The room during night is a little bit cold although there are heating machines.
