Lovely stay
Pros: Nice stay close to the Vatican and bus services. Shops and restaurants in the vicinity. Big apartment, 2 rooms, nice dining area, well equipped kitchen, cozy bathroom, AC. Perfect for families.
Cons: A bit of a maintenance would be nice. 3rd floor no lift, which is absolutely fine for me, but may be a concern for the elderly.

Pros: The apartment is located very close to the Vatican so you can comfortably walk there. The decoration in the boho style additionally contributed to the atmosphere of our stay in Rome. Excellently equipped, very spacious, clean and connected to the historical part of Rome, the bus stop is in front of the street. In the building you have a market open 24 hours a day, and a number of delicious restaurants. Communication with the owner excellent, very clear and precise. I give a clear 10 marks, and if I could I would give a higher one 😁 Thank you Maurizio, I definitely recommend this apartment to everyone who wants to visit Rome and complete the experience of Italy.
Cons: Front door and apartment door are opened via mobile phone, so be sure you have internet conection and full mobile batery 🫣

Location, Location, Location
Pros: Location - within walking distance of Vatican City. Most landmarks are within 40 - 50 minutes by foot. Buses 70 and 916 can take you to Central Rome in 20 min. Specious apartment with anything you may need. Quiet street off the main road. Maurizio was great, always responding within minutes to any queries we had.

We would choose the same accommodation again in a heartbeat.
Pros: The location was absolutely fantastic. Quiet area, friendly neighbours, an excellent supermarket nearby, lovely restaurants, within walking distance from the Vatican, a lovely orthodox church just up the hill. I couldn't imagine a better place to stay, especially since Rome is overcrowded with tourists nowadays. The apartment is spacious, well equipped and there is enough space for at least six people.
Cons: I don't like cooking with gas but that wasn't a problem since we didn't cook anyway. The electronic key was a bit confusing too at first but we got used to it quickly. The physical key to the front door made things much easier.

HUGE apartment with lovely host and in a great location.
Pros: This apartment is HUGE and very comfortable. Our host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Easy access using keys retreived from a lockbox and excellent instructions from host. Very close to tain station (less than 5 minutes walk) and a bus stop a few steps from apartment that had buses every few minutes into town. Easy walking distance to Vatican. Also had large supermarket, cafes, restaurants and passtiseries within 100m of front door. This isn't the \
Cons: Wasn't expecting the stairs but that's on us for not reading the description properly - it clearly says it's on 3rd floor with no lift. We just didn't read it! It was fine on a day-to-day basis but definitely not suited if you have mobility issues.
