Pros: Localization was perfect. Metro station was 5m from the building. Very good connection to Colosseum. The brecfast was very good. The owner was waiting for us and showed all restaurants nearby. Very nice appartment !

A comfortable stay with a very responsive host - highly recommended.

Pros: Everything was great. As mentioned in some previous reviews, there was indeed some temp. renovation work, but the host informed us in advance and even offered a discount. The host was very kind and helpful, explained everything in detail, and was always available. Breakfast at the nearby cafe was perfect - a croissant and coffee and there were also snacks in the shared kitchen. A very pleasant stay overall.

Cons: Nothing to complain about.

Pros: The room was a perfect size for the two of us. With bus stops and the train station right outside the front door. This made it easier getting into the city centre.

Cons: Not being able to use the cooking facilities.

Amazing

Pros: The BnB is greatly located and the rooms are spacious and very clean. The host Giacomo has been very helpful and attentive. He has great knowledge of the area and gave us suggestions about local places to eat around. The breakfast voucher is with a cafe close by which serves amazing coffee and croissant. Kitchen is sufficiently equipped with exactly what you need for a short stay. It is an amazing BnB with a very well kept common spaces. All facilities as explained overall very well equipped like cupboard with a lockable safe storage etc very functional. Overall it is beautiful apartment, comfortable beds. Recommended.

It's a best place to live while visiting Rome. I did not expect it to be SUCH a good experience!

Pros: The idea of giving vouchers for breakfast to the cafeteria nearby is a great one. I makes you to go to the place you would not visit otherwise. The place is chosen by local for you, so it the best place in the area. The host is the most valuable asset of the place) There where a lot of different small things I liked, like the coffee machine and a microwave. Metro station is 10 meters away. 30 minutes walk from the center, so if you will always get home by feet if you are late for public transportation.

Cons: I would advice to have a ear buds as the streets of Rome are loud at nights and you are in the center of it. The place has no plastic windows. Bath robe would be a good idea as well (As you have to cross a corridor to get to your bathroom and a kitchen)

Great atmosphere, host and location

Pros: Super location, close to nice local restaurants with delicious food. There is also small market place where you can buy cheese, cured meat, wine, fresh vegs etc. Just for try. You can also use kitchen if you need. Excellent friendly host and staff, always helpful with your needs. Very clean! Great atmosphere Tata’s place makes people and good vibes.
