Excellent.

Pros: It was so safe and sweet experience. I really like the vibe of the room and the place. The decoration and staff were perfect. I can highly reccomend as a solo female traveller. The breakfast were quiet well and tasty.

Cons: I couldn't open the heater but it wasn't that cold.

Pros: The host genuinely made an effort to make this an excellent stay! It is also really clean.

Cons: Some of the bathroom extraction fans of the other rooms need replacing as they are worn and thus rather loud.

Beautiful green and calm setting in Rome

Pros: The guesthouse Villa Fiorelli is ideally located in a green and quiet area of Rome, opposite a pretty park and away from the tourist crowds. You immediately feel at home. A beautiful Roman building with ancient pavement, Rome already unfolds in these architectural details. And the room adds its personal touch, between past and present. Having breakfast in the garden is like a suspended moment, alongside lemon trees and succulents, you savor your coffee. Everything is there to recharge your batteries and then set off to explore the heart of Rome that is offered to you... By bus, metro or on foot, you easily reach the eternal city. Ciao bella Roma!

Pros: Location, staff friendly, breakfast good in the garden, nice touch of use of iron, toiletries, medical stuff etc you have forgotten to bring something

Cons: Bathroom a bit cramped Could have done with chest of drawers. Milk to go with the tea/coffee.

Great place to rest and to avoid crowds

Pros: Very good location, outside of busy city centre but with a good access to Rome’s public transport. Amazing service and breakfast. I’d totally go back there again 🩷

Cons: Our fridge worked more like a freezer but it was manageable

Great for a couple/solo stay

Pros: Close to several bus stops, 12 mins to the train station for a direct train to the airport. It takes about 30 mins to get to main attractions by bus. Comfy bed and clean room, had all the basic utilities and toiletries. Breakfast is basic but quite nice and you have a few options to choose from. The place was very quiet too. Definitely recommend for a couple/solo stay for a few days.

Cons: We were very surprised that the host didn’t speak *any* English which made even basic communication difficult.

Pros: Everything was great. We were happy with everything, the bed linen was clean and comfortable, the towels were soft. Breakfast is just one food and one drink, but we are not breakfast people so a small meal was just fine for us.

Pros: Good and quiet location. Room is simple, but good condition. Staff is very helpful. WiFi is stable. You can keep luggage there if you departure is late.

Cons: Cappuccino was bad in breakfast, probably made from pack 3in1.
