Pros: Very helpful host. Kept in touch and let us store our luggage for a few hours lovely view from room amd very comfortable bed.

Pros: We had wonderful stay in windows on Rome, the room was great, especially the location- the bus stop is right in front of the building, which made getting around Rome incredibly easy. The host was kind and helpful, and we loved the croissants and coffe available for us every morning. It was such a toughtful touch that made our stay even better. We truly enjoyed our time here and would love to come back.

Pros: We arrived very late at night....so just crashed. Facilities were great, room was good, the snacks provided were welcomed and coffee was good. Walking distance to the Termini to gain our bearings. Would stay here again.

Clean, practical, and great value

Pros: The owner was very friendly and kind. The room had a nice balcony, a pretty good bathroom and a comfortable bed. Both the room and the kitchen were clean. The coffee was really tasty :)

Cons: It is not far away from the centre, however the transportation system in Rome is horrible. There is a bus station right in front of the facility, but the bus either never arrived or had 20+ min delay. So you have to plan ahead and leave way earlier if you have a train or a plane to catch. But that is not the fault of the facility.

Pros: Very nice place, clean and comfortable. Beautiful view from the balcony, nice restaurants nearby. The coffee and sweet snacks in the morning are really a nice touch! The owner is always helpful and kind.

Cons: It's not really next to the main attractions but close enough... My friend mentioned the mattress was too soft for her but that's a metter of personal preferences ;)

Pros: The place was super clean and feels like you were at home. Though there's a shared common space, since there were only 3 rooms in the flat, it was still quiet and the foot traffic was not really that high. Bonus: The owner was providing complimentary coffee and snacks! 🙂
