Great value B&B

Pros: Lovely clean bedroom, very comfortable beds, air conditioning TV, WiFi, close to Roma Termini. Responsive host, Paulo was really friendly and helpful.

Cons: Near a large roundabout and traffic and tram noise throughout the night can be disturbing.

Pros: Quite spacious room and private bathroom with all necessary facilities. Access to the kitchen with a fridge & microwave for guests. Located close to the bus and train station, perfect both for sightseeing Rome and catching a train to other cities. Very friendly and helpful hosts, prepared our room for early arrival.

Cons: Not the safest area at night, a bit loud due to trams passing by late in the evening/early in the morning.

Pros: From the outside it gives little away, but the moment the door is opened quality and care is evident. Very nice owners who took much trouble to explain all details. Whilst it can be noisy outside, when all windows are closed it is very quiet. Two streets up there are at least 6 well priced restaurants. Public transport is close by

Cons: It is a reasonable walk to the hotel in an area not so appealing but wouldn’t stop us going again.

Great clean accommodation in a handy location

Pros: The breakfast provided was more than adequate and offered a selection. Room was spacious and comfortable and Paolo was very helpful with providing a map and information. Metro station and Termini station were within walking distances.

Cons: The accommodation is right in a train line and whilst it didn't bother me as I lived near a train line as a child some guests might find it noisy.

Clean comfortable and well connected to public transport.

Pros: Super clean and spacious room. The bed was firm and very comfortable. Paolo, the host, was great he gave me lots of local information as well as maps. A simple breakfast of tea/coffee and packaged pastries is provided. It’s possible to leave your bag after you check out. You will need to walk 30mins + to most sights but that’s part of the fun of a city break. The public transport is excellent - it’s about a minute’s walk to the tram (5 and 14), which seem to go every couple of minutes, and connects directly with line A metro at Vittorio Emanuele. If you’re walking, it’s an easy 25 minute stroll to the Colosseum.

Perfect for 2-3 days.

Pros: Super nice& friendly hosts Mageritha and Paolo, we had to change plans spontaneously for arrival and it was not a problem. Beds and pillows are nice, the room is small but sweet and clean. Metro and local transport is nearby, so you can be in Roma central pretty fast.

Cons: Area is a bit risky at night (what we have been told) but nothing really bad happened. Just keep eyes open when dark...

Pros: Very good location and beautiful appartment, with breakfast for some days. Margherita and Paolo are perfect hosts, they helped us a lot, gave useful advice about the routes, excursions, transport, restaurants, etc. We felt at home!
