I recommend this place for evryone who wants to reach main attractions in a walking distance.

Pros: Wonderful breakfast, additionally you can always ask for something extra. The heating is on demand, you can set it as low or as high as you want.

Excellent location, comfortable room, near to Metro, shops and cafes. Good value for money.

Pros: The room was excellent. A reminder of the days of B&Bs were the toilet and wash area was separate but for sole use of the room. The breakfast was excellent, a good mix of produce. Location, 5 minutes to the Metro, local shops and cafes, excellent.

Cons: I would have liked to have got the code to the door at least 48 hours prior to arrival. I think it was sent on the day but we had already left for the airport. Tried the phone number but couldn't get an answer but that could have been problems with the phone which is why I think codes should be sent earlier. I have experienced the same issues at other places with no staffed receptions.

Reasonable place to stay

A comfortable, affordable stay.

Pros: The property was comfortable and affordable. It was located near outdoor food venues and close to the metro and tram stops. The breakfast was excellent!

Cons: The property was secure and clean but the local municipal council need to be lobbied to clear up the litter in the local surrounding area and improve the night lighting (non-existent on one side of the road) in the neighbourhood.

Pros: It was an excellent experience all round . The lady who looked after us was delightful and was helpful in every way. Breakfast was great and varied each day so became a highlight to look forward too.

Clean and comfortable accommodation with great breakfast

Pros: Spacious room and close to the metro. The room was tidy and the bed and breakfast was amazing.

Cons: The barking dog in a neighbouring house.

Pros: The location is very good, close to metrostation bus and tram stop. The room was clean. The bathroom is outside the room but also clean and with a comfortable shower cabin. The host was very kind and answered very quickly. I am very satisfied with the stay. Recommended 🔝😀

Great breakfast, but some noise issues

Pros: Overall, the stay was good, but there are a few things to note. The breakfast was perfect. They even kindly left it ready for us the day before our early 6 a.m. departure, which was a thoughtful gesture. Also, it was great to be able to pay the city tax with a card, which added convenience.

Cons: The doors were very loud when closing, which can be disturbing at night. There was also noise coming in through the windows, so it may not be ideal if you're a light sleeper. We had a private bathroom, but it was located outside the room, which was a bit inconvenient.

Very good B&B in a convenient location

Pros: Hotel was very clean and very good value for money. Our room was on the road side which made it fairly noisy at night. But all in all, a perfectly nice place to stay for the week.
