Pros: The Lady owner is a really kind person. The room is cleaned every day and the room is nice.

Great, it was a comfortable stay and good value for the price.

Pros: The room was cozy, comfortable, clean, and spacious. It was cleaned daily. The guesthouse location is good. It is close to several subway stations. You can reach Termini station (a main station) in about 10 minutes, and Vittorio Emanuele and Manzoni stations are also nearby. If you prefer walking, the Colosseum is around a 25-minute walk away. Although the surrounding side streets may look a bit run-down, we had no security concerns at night. You can use the kitchen to eat and store food in the refrigerator, although cooking is not allowed. The lady who runs the guesthouse was very kind and welcoming, which made our stay more pleasant.

Cons: The room heater didn’t work automatically. However, this was not a major issue for us, as the room was still comfortable for sleeping, so we did not notify them to fix it. On the first night, there was no hot water, so I had to take a cold shower. On the following days, the hot water worked fine without any issues.

Pros: Very clean. Cleaned daily. Close to the subway. You can leave your luggage before leaving. I arrived after 11 p.m. there was no problem either. I recommend.

Pros: Very clean. Daily cleaning. Good size room.There is a common kitchen where you can eat if you have bought something. But it cannot be cooked.

Cons: breakfast is coffee with a cookie, there could have been at least one croissant, but ok. The neighborhood around is really not very good, but we had no worries about security even in the evening.

10/10, would stay again!

Pros: We had a brilliant stay. Rooms were immaculate, spacious and comfortable. The property's photos should be updated as they do not do it justice!

Cons: The cleaning was almost too good... I didn't like that they folded our clothes and moved around some of our things.

Pros: It was good to have large and spacious rooms. We were happy to have a kitchen area in the common area and to have snacks and drinks served in this area. Everything we wanted was available in the room. One of the good aspects was that it was cleaned every day.

Cons: The location was a bit far from the center. The bed was not very comfortable and the walls were very thin so there was a lot of noise transmission.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean and comfortable. Madalena was incredibly kind and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend.

Pros: Great value for the money you pay. The room we stayed in was very tidy and was cleaned every day. The host was very nice and helpful. The property has a great location since it is near the main railway station Termini (most buses from the airports arrive there), there are also underground stations, trams and buses close by. It takes you around 30 minutes on foot to reach the centre of Rome.

Cons: Not relevant to the property itself but beware that the immediate area around Termini railway station is rather dirty and not very safe - be careful, especially at night. Arriving there did not give us a good first impression of the city, however we did not have any problems and the rest of our stay was pleasant.
