Pros: Easy access, close to the Termini station and A metro Line, so good location. Spacious room, shared kitchen, it was good for 2 of us. Nice building with an interesting old elevator. Good communication with the host.
Cons: Maybe not the safest place for solo female traveller, but we didn't have any issues.

It was a nice vacation and I had a great time in Rome.
Pros: Best thing about the room is that it is near to Termini (main train station) and near to the old city center. The room was clean, heated, it has a good mattress and great pillows. You have also a mini fridge and a smart TV. You have access to a shared kitchen, coffee and other stuff. The staff was friendly and communicative! Important to me was that after walking all of Rome’s beautiful streets I had a decent place to rest! 😁
Cons: It doesn’t have a balcony (like more than 90% of rooms in the old city) or a designated area where you can smoke. The neighbourhood is kind of loud at night (but i am used to it) and it looks kind of poor - but that’s why it is cheaper than staying in the centre. This are not problems are just heads up things so you know how to choose the best place for you when you visit Rome.

Cons: the bathroom was a little bit small but was beautifully decorated and very clean

Struttura molto accogliente, nuova e in un buon punto
Pros: Il ragazzo a cui ho fatto il check-in è stato molto gentile e disponibile, la stanza è nuova, pulita e tenuta in ordine, il punto è perfetto a soli 7/8 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di termini, WIFI incluso, e anche le tovaglie sono incluse con omaggio una bottiglietta d'acqua. La consiglio!!!!!
Cons: Seppur abbia tanti punti positivi, di pecca sicuramente essendo in condominio e con le case vicino si sentono un pò rumori di chi magari esce ed entra; la TV purtroppo non funzionava; il letto pulito( ma non comodissimo) ma sul piumone c'era una macchia; infine il punto è comodo ma non molto sicuro da fare di notte soli perchè è molto isolata

Bardzo udany pobyt.
Pros: Obiekt zlokalizowany 10 min pieszo od dworca głównego, 5 min od supermarketu, stacji metra,2 min od targu ze świeżymi produktami i przystanku autobusowego oraz tramwajowego. Obiekt bardzo czysty. W pokoju świeże ręczniki, kosmetyki, suszarka, czajnik, lodówka, dodatkowy grzejnik, klimatyzacja, woda w butelkach. Mieliśmy możliwość korzystania z kuchni (tu brakowało trochę naczyń i chociaż małego garnka lub patelni, ale był ekspres na kapsułki, kuchenka, parownica do ubrań). Bardzo dobry kontakt z opiekunem obiektu. Zdecydowanie polecam.

Economico ma di qualità
Pros: La posizione ottima, vicinissima a Termini, si tratta di un appartamento in uno stabile . Ti contattano prima per chiedere orario di arrivo e sono disponibilissimi. La camera è abbastanza grande e pulita, letto alla francese, bollitore e frigo a disposizione, bottiglietta di acqua in omaggio, tv. Il bagno è piccolino, pulitissimo, assenza di calcare sui sanitari o muffe nella doccia, manca bidet ma la doccia è grande. Silenziodsssimo.
Cons: l'unica pecca è che non è segnalata in esterno, né sul campanello, per cui bisogna telefonare e ti aprono. Bagno stretti o a incastro soprattutto water
