Excellent apartment in Rome

Pros: Everything an absolute diamond in the rough… beautiful presented apartment in Rome close to the station.. would have no hesitation in staying once again and would highly recommend

Lovely place

Pros: The room was very clean and charming, with a cute little balcony. A lovely bonus was the complimentary basket with snacks and drinks. The self-checkout was convenient, and the host was incredibly kind. Thank you for making my stay so comfortable!

Pros: Very clean and comfortable place. Caterina is wonderful host.

Cons: The area around because it’s close to the train station. However, very convenient for short stay and get to trains very fast.

Weather was good and trip was brilliant.

Pros: As it was continental, we were very well looked after. We couldn't fault Caterina's continued support. She was so helpful with any questions we asked and booked our taxi for return journey to the airport. Nothing was too much trouble. It made our trip more enjoyable and relaxing because we had constant contact if we needed it. She recommended various eating places which we visited and thoroughly enjoyed the food.

Cons: There wasn't anything to dislike. Rome is what it is and a very busy place. We were on a 2nd visit and we expected to walk the same areas as before but found it much busier than then. Still a very enjoyable holiday.

Great host and nice location

Pros: I stayed at Numi B&B for two nights and it was great. There's a common area where you can make some tea or coffee (provided) and the room had an assortment of free snacks as well. The host was very easy to reach and accomodating. The B&B is not far from Termini and you can do a lot on foot.

Cons: The water pressure isn't great but I think it's due to the building.

Convienent stay that is close to everything

Pros: Location was perfect, close to everything, and the metro station is nearby. The room was sparkling clean, and the host welcomed us with a basket of food and drinks. Personally, I liked that there are so many mirrors in the apartment. Overall, we liked our stay here.

Pros: I loved how welcome and warm Numi made me feel. A great host and great location for exploring Rome.

Excellent affordable stay near Rome's Main Station

Pros: Great decor. Lift worked well when working which was great. Bath was fantastic and shower was great. V comfortable bed. Array of snacks was incredible. Lighting and decor in the room was nice. Host upgraded us which was great and met us on arrival and showed us around - great hospitality. Good location in terms of getting into the city and close to Termini which was easy from airport. Super food hall/market in train station which is amazing for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Cons: Bit of a dodgy area, which you would expect near most main stations. Couple of roads felt unsafe and there was some petty crime we saw during our stay. Walking around late at night wouldn't be advised/would need to have street smarts about you. When lift wasn't working it's a lot of stairs so worth noting amount of luggage if staying. Pillows were quite flat. Building work going on while we were staying which was slightly disruptive, starting at 8am.

An amazing host

Pros: First of all, Caterina was an amazing host, so kind and welcoming, always ready to answer questions and give any information needed. She also generously upgraded my room to a bigger one since it was unoccupied without an extra charge for which I'm really grateful. The room was really clean with comfortable bed, nice bathroom and great air-conditioning. The location of the apartment was excellent with just a 15 min walk to most of the sightseeing locations and 10 min walk to Termini station. I would definitely stay here again and give a warm recommendation for anyone considering booking a room at Numi B&B. 10/10!

Great hospitality from the Host! Great access from Rome Termini station

Pros: Only 10 mins from Roma Termini station. Caterina was very kind and provided such great hospitality. She also helpful and responsive to reply for our chat / questions. During our stay here we got lot of surprises First, we got upgrade to the much bigger room with bathtub - as previously we booked only single 10 m2 room. Wow! Second, we got lot of condiments such as bread, crackers, and bottle of juices. It was great gesture from Caterina. Thank you. The stays were great. Rome might be very hot 32' Celcius during summer, so refreshing in bathtub might be a great choice

Cons: The elevator seems old and traditional. Sometimes it worked yet somehow not. But just makesure the door is closed so elevator could be work again. The bathroom sliding door somehow quite hard to open
