Pros: Next to Metro Station- walking distance to the Rome benchmarks

Pros: The owner was a very good man. He helped us from the very first moment we arrived in Rome.

Cons: We liked everything.

Nice apartment with helpful hosts.

Pros: Quiet apartment, air conditioning, small refrigerator, clean, comfortable enough. The host was very friendly, helpful and at disposal any time.

Perfectly adequate but disappointing

Pros: The room was very clean and comfortable and the extra touches of wine in the fridge and bottled water every day were most welcome. Also the toiletries in the bathroom. There was a kettle provided and a good selection of teas, but no coffee.

Cons: We weren't aware from the description that we would be staying in an apartment converted into 3 separate ensuite rooms in a private block. We chose this property because it is described as a hotel and in the facilities it mentions a bar and snack bar. This is obviously not the case. Breakfast was provided in the form of vouchers to be used at a coffee shop several streets away (which was lovely)and consisted of a pastry, coffee and fruit juice. However, as I am unable to walk too far and the coffee shop was always in the opposite direction from where we were going, we only used it once. The pictures you see on the property details are the coffee shop and not at the property. Also, we struggled daily to unlock the front door . The owner knew it was a problem and showed us how to do it but it was always difficult and we worried every time that we wouldn't be able to get in. We arrived on a very hot day and while the owner was going through the paperwork I was looking for the remote control for the air conditioning. I couldn't find it and asked him about it. He went to a store cupboard in the hall and brought it to me, putting batteries in it . He was clear to state that if they found we had gone out and left the Aircon on or we had it on with the window open he would remove it. He said this was due to rules in Rome regarding electrical usage. Whilst I understand that and wouldn't deliberately waste energy, it felt like we were being held to ransom. If I hadn't asked I assume we would not have had any air conditioning during our stay. However, despite these issues we still enjoyed our stay but we would not return to this accommodation.

Pros: We were there for a rugby match. The room was lovely, great host.

Cons: It was great! Free breakfast was amazing following day.

Pros: Good location next to Termini station. Great host. Clean apartment.

Cons: It wasn't like that.

Pros: The cleanliness and comfort were perfect. And the smell was excellent.

Cons: It was cold in the room and the air conditioning could not heat it

Pros: Owners were lovely. He met us on our arrival. Everything was spot on. He even suggested a place to eat, which was absolutely amazing. He was giving all information about taxis and public transport. He gave us a city map. He was really helpful.

Clean & Convenient

Pros: Conveniently close to Roma Termini and M Subway/Metro line. Close to excellent Indian food. )The proprietor was extremely helpful - especially in arranging for transport to the airport.

Cons: The neighbourhood might be disconcerting for the tender footed.

Pros: Clean shower cabin, usually you can find mold in corners or some other assorted funghi. Not here. Very clean and sanitary. Fridge had a welcome bottle of sparkly rose, at no extra charge. Very friendly owner/staff. Helpful and attentive.

Cons: Completely subjective, too red decoration and somehow unga bunga party feeling. Might be a plus for certain type of client. I prefer green. Again completely subjective.
